The fame the college has and also the placements and mainly less strength.I focused on the point of less strength so that one can have one to one peer. About course the college has got bit experienced faculty but the problem is they are not updating with the new technology

College Reputation and College placements. Our college is known for its discipline and success. It was established many years ago but the greenery in our college keeps increasing and that makes students experience a very good atmosphere. We are made used to self study and self dependency.

One of the top colleges in Hyderabad is the only reason i choose vasavi college of engineering of persuing my degree. Vasavi college of engineering is named best of placements and also one of my cousin studied in this college

Many companies visit this college for providing placements to students and the college provides 100% placement assurity this is one of the main reason i have joined this college. The college also has highly educated teachers who are best in their respective departments.

Firstly I wanted to get into IIT or an NIT but as I couldn't, I wanted to get into one of the premier institutes in Hyderabad. And VCE being one of the oldest colleges with very experienced professors was the best available choice. Also our college being autonomous was a big reason for my intrest, as the curriculum is developed independently with intakes from various IITs and NITs, the curriculum is relevant to new age technology unlike the curriculums of many universities.

I had many options available. But I chose this college because of it's academic excellence. The college is just 15km from the city centre and I could travel from my home. The placements are very good compared to other colleges. The campus is far away from the city and is in a peaceful environment. Also the fees was just as much same as the others was aslo a reason why I chose this college.

The institute you decide to enroll in isn’t going to determine your growth. It rather depends upon what you choose to do. However, it is suggested that you join the institute based on your subject preference.
Here is a concise outlook of the institute:
- The faculty of the institute is extremely proficient and knowledgeable.
- Some professors hold Ph.D. degrees and are part of research in different departments.
- It has a good library that comes with many books, journals, etc.
- There are excellent placement opportunities for CS and IT students. However, it differs according to the market trends. The campus is visited by several core companies.
- It also conducts sports, clubs, technical and cultural fests.
- The labs are well equipped.
Disadvantages:
- Security is very strict, you cannot go freely in and out of the campus.
- The campus is small, including the sports grounds.
- Hostel facilities are not up to the mark.
- The interaction between juniors and seniors is very little.
Thus, make an informed decision. Go through as many reviews as possible before finalizing. As this will shape your career ahead.
