VJTI is overall a good college, I spent my precious 4 years studying there. Just I feel they offer some reserve seats for mumbai students only who lives in mumbai, all students coming outside of mumbai n local students didnt get admission in there.

Good placements is a remarkable attribute as compared to the other colleges in the city. Infrastructure may be improved upon.

It's in my home city. My college is autonomous and renowned and is easy to commute to. The thing is like.mostnisnthatnitnhas a really nice range of extra-curriculars, a great library, good peers and good faculty.

VJTI is one of the oldest and prestigious college in Mumbai for engineering. It has good lab facilities and is among the top colleges in mumbai. Also i didnt wanted to stay hostel as my home provides a better environment for studying that why vjti was a better option

Campus area is big with 18 acrea of overall campus Placements are the main reason due to which students opt for VJTI Also it has a brand value ,if your interested in MS it is a best college. My opinion on the college would be poor. It needs alot of development in academic and teaching quality. Involvement with the students is minor. The students are confused an remain unguided throughout their degree. Alot of inspection and development required

Overall a good college but very difficult for students of open category to get in as rank cut off is very high. As the institute is 130 years old infrastructure is quite outdated and also poor in most departments. However civil department is infrastructurally very good because of contributions from our alumnis.
