Government Engineering College Rajkot Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students of the 8th semister are eligible for college placements. Students have to complete their all subjects before the 7th sem and in the 8th sem just have to work on a project or else go for an internship to get a job and degree. Students with Good academic records and practical knowledge get placement in companies like TCS, etc. Moreover our college focus more on startups and provide ssip fund to students with innovative ideas. I planed to appear in SSB and serve the Indian armed forces after completing my degree.

In government engineering College Rajkot placement ratio is very good.and in our college 7th semester companies choose the students and many good companies are coming in our campus like TATA, Reliance, TCS, Infosys.

I choose this course in GEC Rajkot Because I here somewhere that it is a good course to learn(benefits in career option) and the teaching process is good in college. The faculty in GEC Rajkot is good but some faculty were not helping nature for all students they only help some students whose marks are high. Qualification of the faculties are well good almost all are PHD level and experienced. The teaching method was also good some of that are well done. Term exam is not so difficult to pass it is good.

Students which are in the 7th and 8th semesters are eligible for placement. TCS, shaktimaan and other companies of Rajkot comes in the campus. Placement is ranged between 250k to 500k.In my department highest package is around 400k and a minimum of 180k placement. Minimum 7 cgpa required for getting placement. My plan is to study ME outside of Gujarat after completing college.

From 6 semesters I believe you are eligible for placements. There are many local companies there for offering jobs with 49k to 4.9 lakhs per annum. Around 60-70 percents get placed in job. I will very eager to do job as an computer Engineer for some market practice and then I want to poasted in ISRO therefore I have been working alot .

Our college has good placement cell which includes experienced faculty members and alumni's. overall placement is good in our college.

Good atmosphere.Good location. No cases of ragging and abusing.Green Campus.and high chances of Campus selection.i chose this college because i wanted to study in rajkot and this is the only government engineering college in rajkot.

Campus placement is very good. Computer 2018 campus placing 97 out of 120. My future is also good in this college so I am very lucky to part this college.

Campus placement also arranged by our college but it's not GUARANTEED for jobs. Placement bit not good in in college. Mostly marketing company comings in placement.
