Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Sciences Jabalpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I chose CS because I had a keen interest in CS. All the faculty in Gyan Ganga College is decent. Gyan Ganga takes attendance seriously just like school. There is a 1:60 ratio of faculty vs student. Most of the faculty have good behavior and are supportive but don't expect too much from them as it's a private college. Most of the faculty is well experienced. The exams are taken just like schools. Very strict and on a timely basis.

Excellent atmosphear for study. In my college here are very good facilities for learn. Here's teachers behavior is very friendly to the student. All facalty motivate you for the future and how secure great future. They also provides big oppertunity to represent the college in any level.

From 6 the semester onwards students become eligible for the campus placements. Companies like TCS, Zensar Technologies, Ennoeye, Amdocs, JIO were there to recruit students. The average package is 3.5 LPA. The minimum eligibility criteria for students is above 60% in 12th.

Placements start from 7th sem and most of the company start visiting at that time. Most of the service-based companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, etc visit my college the highest package offered is 4-7 lakh. The percentage of students who get placed depends on the year sometimes 90 % of students placed. My plan is to qualify GATE exam.

From the 7th semester's company visit in my college and companies like TCS, Wipro, HCL, Accenture, IBM, Infosys, persistent and many more service based companies visited in my college and the highest package offered is 4-7 lakh per year. 80% of students got placed. my plan is similar to others i.e placed in my dream company that is obviously product based because it offered a 12-14 lakh package.

Few MNCs like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro are likely to visit our college during campus placement. The average package is around 3.2 LPA. In 2021 a student got selected in cisco with a CTC of 18 LPA which was the highest package of the 2021 batch. Some students also got off-campus offers from companies like Amazon, Infosys.

I chose computer science because nowadays we know it's all about technical things, we are surrounded all over by that only so I opt this course and also in my holidays I have learnt some languages related to the technical background so that I can further continue in that only. The faculty is so nice and supportive. They always reach out to us and helped us anytime. There are 8 semesters in total and for each sem, we have to give 2 midterm exams and also assignments exams too. That's all good, exams are easy if you have read all the concepts very clearly so it would be easy for you.

I chose this course because I have a keen interest in electronics and all other branches were not much beneficial in terms of balance in the IT sector and in the government sector. The faculty-student ratio here is about fun 251 means 50 students are there in a class and it is quite comfortable and understandable. The teachers here are however not so qualified but there has a lot of experience and that is teaching methods are quite modern and helpful in understanding concepts. There are many term exams taken about 526 exams are taken for the subject in a semester they were not too hard to pass if you study well but if you don't study it will be really tough for you to pass.

Campus placement starts from the 7th semester and there are different eligibility criteria for different companies among which cisco is the most demandable company because it is only a single product company that visit. The average 80% student got placed in various companies. The highest package get offered to a student is 17 lakh per year and the average package is 4-7 lakh. My plan is similar to another student so I also want to place in cisco.

For the last three years, placement and campus visit our college. It has various company like jio, Wipro, Airtel, etc. Campuses came every year with a minimum of 3-4 lakhs packages if you work hard then you will easily achieve the dream. Placements are overall good for computer science and IT students as mainly software companies come for recruitment. Every year companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL recruit our students of package 3-4 lakhs per annum. Some good software companies (paying 6-8 lakhs) come and recruit it. Some management companies also come and recruit students and they pay a good salary. The highest package they give is 17 lakhs per annum this year. For the placement process, good attendance has to be maintained in the previous year and there should not be any disciplinary action against the student. First, the mail comes but TPO about the company that are coming for placement and student have to fill google form. Then companies take the written test then interview is taken if pass
