MGMCET Navi Mumbai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Need to focus on Placements and Infrastructure, Specially focus to bring more companies to college and on labs are mostly full and mostly PC are not available to students like Single PC for Single Students and also focus on quality of Teaching.

My overall experience being here is pretty good. It is a very far sighted college located in the in prime locality of Panvel with good infrastructure, various facilities, quality teaching and pleasant environment.

The college is overall good especially for electrical and mechanical department students which is very nice. College has a beautiful campus and a huge area playground. The faculty seema to be co-operative. We do suffer water supply problem during summer, but overall, I'm proud to be a MGMite.

The placement in this college is bad. On an average, only 60 to 70% of the students get placement through campus. Major companies like Tata, Ford, L&T, etc companies visit in our college.

For example, your professors will help you inside and outside of class, the Tutoring Centers will provide you with tutoring help; and counselors and advisers will help you strengthen your study skills. I have to say the washrooms sometimes give leakage though which does relates to unhygienic, but tats most time the only obstacle.

Stay Away!!! this college is not for serious students. sure you will make friends in this college. you will have amazing time 4 years. but that is not what you come for engineering. teaching is bad, placements are bad, whole experience is bad!!!! appear for JEE Main again but dont go for this college

It is an 5-7 out of 10 pointer college for all Engineering students. Faculties like Civil Engineering needs development, new lab machines, 10 year experienced professors. Other Engineering Dept's. have got good faculties, infra, professor & most imp placement with 4 lpa to 12 lpa package.

The college is really very good and nice they provide internship and all they have environment to study their pood is nice. And most importantly they are affordable.

There were no entrance examinations to be taken during my term. I had scored a 77 percent in my HSC and had an interview with the principal as to why I wished to study biomedical engineering. He was happy with my answers and I received an admission into the program.

I opted for this college because i wanted to get an admission into Computer Engineering and had it had good placement oppurtunities.
