Students can get benefits of svmcm, nsp, inspire, and sitaram jindal scholarships.
I like faculty because the teachers are very good and very helpful.
Campus life is just great there is a very much unity amount all the people and the colleges actually great and its very much united it's very strongly united which is the best thing ever.

Dislikes

There was not any dislike thing , but one thing i am not satisfied is about the canteen , the canteen food was not quite good
This college is in road side, so vechicles violence is there
The toilets are very dirty and lack of sanitary is observed

I liked the college timings a lot.. As it's very comfortable
I liked the college facilities as the teachers are good
I liked the college location as well....

Dislikes

A lot of politics take place here.. Which is a big red flag
Some infrastructures need to be repaired
Student and teacher interaction can be improved

I chose this course so that I can have my fields open for MBA and journalism after graduation.. And also so that I get extra time for preparing for other exams too. The course provides various internships which in turn helps us to excel better...

I like their faculty members they are very helpful and not be arrogant that's why I like them
The infrastructure is our college is very nice , buildings are so good and floors are very clean.
My college life is so good many of friends are helpful they are very positive minded.

Dislikes

I don't like my course.if I change this at that time I can change as soon as possible.

In the terms and conditions,my teaching area for improvement is too good. In my college there are many faculty,they are too good to teach me ,I will be right to choose this course for my future.There are medium range of duration time.

Asutosh the ups and downs

Likes

Nocompulsory attendance policy with good proffesors
Good social circle with good peoples with a cheerful personality
Near to metro so transportation is good enough with good area vibe

Dislikes

Small campus it's just a one building so claustrophobic
There is little lack of discipline in the college
Staff members are not much responsible with their work

To be very honest this college is not much into academics proffesors are not much responsible with their course by the way they are always ready to help keep in mind u have to study by your own mostly to survive in this college. Although This is one of the best colleges under Calcutta University u have responsible on your own

The Art of the college

Likes

The students were so much helping and good in nature they are too friendly
The College program's..... specially carnivals and feasts...
The leaders , actors and actresses come to our college....we also get an opportunity to meet them

Dislikes

College politics is so bad or worse then anything
The College fight or the inner politics with the friends
The College politics they are 5 group fighting but the main lead is only 1 TMC

I chose political science honours because I have interest in politics.... although asutosh College is famous for its political background so I choose this college with this specific course... Exams were not taken too much or frequently but you have to work hard for your own otherwise it will difficult to pass... because main semester where taken outside theke college....not in the college

Our department's professor and senior's are good

Suspense before my college.

Likes

College campus is very big with second building
Library is very nice with many books and many stories books
Auditorium is very large as compare to other college

Dislikes

Classroom size is very good but need to reconstruct
Everything is okay but class timing need to before times.
The CCTV camera needs to add more in the college

The aspects of curriculum that influence me to choose the course is to gain knowledge. The curriculum prepared me to know the real world very much. Each college classroom has a projector and projector screen, making it easy for studying in class.
The labs has everything you need for the practicals.
The faculties are best. Education system is good and teaching is amazing.

Dislikes

Not every classroom has air condition. Only few of them has it.
Our college is quite active in political activities.
If you have any technical problems with your admission or fees or any particular things, they might take few days to slove it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

•My course is a very interesting and unique course. I was influenced to take this course by it's uncommon jobs for example, 'fishery officer', 'marine biologist' etc. •Our college is good at teaching this course, the professors are quite knowledgeable and sporting. • we also have field trips per semester. It not only gives us knowledge but also experiences. •Our faculty is one of the best.

My college life experience

It is totally a ragging free campus. Where the seniors are like friend with the juniors.
28 departments are there in our college. Where the labortary of geography department is just mind blowing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in geography from school. So I took it in my higher education. It also have various scope in future. Students get various knowledge of earth from this course. We also get field work from here. College organizes excursion for the students were the students go and do survey house to house gathering lot of information. We also get chances to apply for UPSC in future where geography plays a important role in preparation of the students.
