Every year our college held internship fair which help students to grow and big companies recruiter also come to our college to give the placement opportunities to students.
Another thing that i liked is the financial affordability and the aids that the college is offering to the students who are not financially sound
Academics is great in my college. my college have best faculty of professor with great experience and knowledge

Dislikes

Placement - the rate of placement is low as compared toh other colleges
Most of the times the classes get cancelled by the teachers which causes discomfort for many students
The fees are quite affordable but still, it becomes a little difficult to afford for the students of very low academic economic backgrounds.

Things about ARSD COLLEGE

Likes

I'm in Atma Ram Shanatan Dharma College the aspects i like is college faculty member they are very helpful.
Sports faculty of college is too supportive
I study B. A. (H) economic. And teachers in our Department are too helpful

Dislikes

Campus is big but infrastructure is not that good
College had non AC class room and few of classes are small.
Admistration office is very slow and members are too rude to talk

Course Curriculum Overview:

A specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is the academic value of this course and the placement and opportunity after graduation in this course people get packages of more than 20 lakhs after master in this course. And to be honest this course is way difficult. Teacher need to improve teaching methods they have to go little practical with students. Overall this is a good choice to study

Exposure because coming to delhi university provides you a great exposure as it helps us to generate more

About cleaning of the college and food of college canteen in most of the college of du canteen are very badd

Placement Experience:

Most of the people not got placement as you are in maths hons you can be an analyst or most common career after this is teacher of any college but for that u should have masters degree atleast for delhi university if u want to an assistant professor just clear the net exams through which you can get admission in phd

Likes

The library is really nice and it's fully air conditioned.
We also have an E-library which is really amazing and all the computers are fit with latest tech there.
The ground is really big which provides you an opportunity to play any sport there.

Dislikes

The computer labs have old fashioned computers.
There is no lawn Tennis court in the college.
The canteen food is sometimes of low quality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course become I like coding and doing various things in the computer. The course also focuses both on practical and theoritical knowledge. Exams are decent and are of 3 hours in total. Though, there is no AC in any of the classroom except the library so, it's very hard to focus on the exam in this summer season.

Critical analysis of ARSD

The professors of my department are very cooperative.They support you in academics even if you are not attending classes due to any extracurricular activity.

Dislikes

The college has no hostel facility which make it feels like a school...... People come ,attend classes and go back to home ....one more thing majority of the crowd is from Delhi only so they don't stay after college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very much similar to that of BTech computer science engineering.... The curriculum teaches you the fundamentals of computer science....it prepares you for the job as well as the higher studies... I think the curriculum is decent but there should be a change in the teaching approach.... Curriculum should add some real life projects so that it helps students to prepare for industry. The exam timings are ok.... And talking about the difficulty sometimes they give you questions which were out of syllabus that thing needs to change

Is ARSD worth it?

Likes

Availability of basic amneties in college is satisfactory
Placements and internships are provided by college's placement cell and annual internship fair is also there!
Cultural societies get good support from college administration

Dislikes

The infrastructure of college is very basic
There is no auditorium in college which is a major setback and it is holding a lot of exciting event opportunities back
Faculty of some departments is very lethargic and don't pay much attention to students even if they come to teach they'll not teach you the right level of questions that does come in exams

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in our college which is one of the best and they give a plenty of opportunities both in terms of placement as well as internships and make sure they keep everyone updated about them through their community groups!

My wonderful college life.

Likes

The college is enough with wonderful faculty and infrastructure. Sports facility is also good.
The college has been ranked 6th best college of india by ministry of HRD and NIRF.
There is best library and best environment of study.

Dislikes

There is less teacher in my college so classes might be effected.
There is no hostels in my college so outside children they are suffering.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculam is very good that influeneced my decision. our curriculam prepares for real world applocation and for further education. and my suggestion is improve the curriculam style as per modern era and intraction should be more better. and classes should be manage on daily basis and prapare for examination.

My Experience In ARSD

Likes

Infrastructure of our college is excellent
Field and sports facilities of our college is also very good
Faculty (professors) of our college is very good

Dislikes

Lack of air conditioned classrooms, which caused problem in summer
There is also classes on Saturday which is very difficult to attend as we don't get adequate holidays in weekend

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is overall decent, as I personally feel that there are many not so relevant things in our course which are taught, leading to exclusion of various important topics, which as an history student of India we must know.

Best college for decent environment and fun.

Likes

NIRF ranking is 6. And, Crowd is very good and decent. Faculty and teachers are also good.
In comparison to many other DU colleges, ARSD has decent infrastructure and safety. CCTVs are almost everywhere.
Playing Ground is quite big and All over sports is good here. Cricket, football, badminton and specially volleyball team is very active. Societies are also very Nice and provide a lots of good opportunities.

Dislikes

Education wise I found the college quite careless. You won't be learning much here. Except in some subjects.
Canteen and classrooms are just average. Not very good.

Placement Experience:

Can't tell much about placements as I haven't experienced it yet but as much as I heard and seen. Placements are not very good here. And average package is also low. But as the college rank is good, many big companies offer placements here.

Glimpses of ARSD, DU

Likes

Teachers are well qualified and supportive
Fees is very affordable. Anybody can afford that
Campus is very attractive. College societies are also very interesting

Dislikes

Sports facilities are not up to the mark
Campus area is not eye catching.canteen is average
Hostel facility is not available in my college

The placement cell of our college organises internship fairs in which many campanies visit our college and hire students. The placement is average in my college. A lot of companies visit my college .

Likes

The college is located in good and safe area
Faculty of the college is good the infrastructure is also good there are various societies in the college where you can enhance your skills
The overall crowd is good there are lot of seminars and competition held which is beneficial of students

Dislikes

Canteen doesn’t provide well good college does not have auditorium
In college there is no air conditioners there is no lift also
Campus area is little smalll there is major rush in some areas. Too much politics among college students
