How i seen and experienced my College

Likes

College environment is good other wise some Colleges are have bad image for there environment
Teachers and other staff are supportive
Green campus of college college is fully environment friendly

Dislikes

College is not in main campus so less chance of exposure
College campus is too short like end with starting
College sports complex is separate so not looking good

Placement Experience:

5 and 6th sem student generally apply for internship Tech and management companies come too much like mnc form delhi and gurugram In few percentage of student who selected in placement I have plans of higher education

Shivaji College Experience

Likes

Faculty is quite nice, everyone tries to help eachother.
Labs are easily accessible and always neat and clean
College sports complex is very big and nice ,provides varities of games and always open to all

Dislikes

Campus is very big so paths becomes confusing
There is not fixed classes, you have to move from one room to another for different classes
Canteen food is not very good, only few things are there which are really good

Placement Experience:

5th and 6th semesters students are eligible for campus placement... 1st to 4th semester students can avail internship benefits and plans... College tries there best to make students familiar with outside world.....by Providing varities of number of internship and placement opportunities...

Good College

Likes

Separate labs of every subjects and lab assistant also.
Separate classroom for every courses in college
Teacher's are also good in behaviour and manner.

Dislikes

Sports teacher is not full supportive to students.
Parking for students is not there in ground.
In canteen less number of menu are there for students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Frequency and timing of exams is more than enough, every student can prepare for their exam and carry good marks in exam. Improvements required in sports management system so that every student can get there chance to show their strength in sports.

All about DU

Likes

Course is nice according to Practical aspects.
I have opportunity to handle instrument solely which provides hands on practice.
Teachers are approachable, they never denied to help.

Dislikes

Water facility is not that good some taps are fine whereas some are not working.
Washrooms are not clean and sometimes tap water does not come for handwash.
Campus is small, there is no such facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum include hands on practice, depth knowledge of concept which made me to choose this course. Curriculum is good but it should include more applications based teaching as well. Teaching method should not be reading ppt. Timing of exams is 3 hours which is sufficient for it as exams are not so much difficult.

Shivaji college review

Likes

There is good quality of environment and teachers are very friendly.
Labs and library are very well maintained.
NCC is one of the best rank in Delhi University.

Dislikes

There is lack of quality teachers for 1st and 2nd years.
Canteen's food quality is bad and price is high.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is comprehensive and informative to study.The curriculum provides much experience in the field of respective course. Exam frequency is semi-annually and you can easily pass the exam by analysing the PYQs.

In-depth review of Shivaji College

Likes

The most positive thing is the faculty and academics of the college. We have highly qualified faculty and a good teaching method. Curriculum is also provided as per the industry standards so that the students fit in the industry and can be far better
Infrastructure of the college is very good. it has well maintained and modern classes. It has well equipped labs for students and has good facilities for library and sports.
Campus life and social interactions are finest here. We get to see so many activities from societies and clubs. Multiple fest are organized by the college for the students to enjoy their campus life.

Dislikes

Infrastructure and be improved and can be made more better. Seating areas can be made more comfortable, canteens can be more clean as of now.
Course timetable can be sometimes much hectic. Sometimes there are huge gaps between two classes that can frustrating for students at times.
Placement records can be better as it is growing every year. For our courses the placement drives can be conducted better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate my course as moderately comprehensive and relevant for me. The curriculum influenced my decision as I got a core knowledge of my subjects and also I got integration of computer science with my subjects. Theo college prepares us for the real world applications and trains us as per the industry requirements so that we can outshine in the indusrty and can be better than others. Something that can be improved is more application based learning to make us more better, they can provide us more industry exposure and can keep us updating with the technologies.

College infrastructure is newly made in college
Anti raging college and take sticky action on this type of activity
College teacher is very friendly with students

Dislikes

College canteen is not good and food is average
Computer is not provided to commerce students
Cold water supply is not good in summer .

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.com course is for commerce students .and those students who pursuing chartered accountants course also. Teacher should give show same work on computer. Also college should provide leptop to everyone commerce students.

Likes

The campus of college is very good and clean washroom too
Seniors and teachers are really helpful. The availability of things is really good staff is really supportive
Provide good opportunities in research fields at high level too society is good

Dislikes

Behaviour of some people towards you as they think they you are not good enough
Water cooler water is really is really hot for summer

I choose this course botany hons as it is really vast and growing field which got many job opportunities and provide great career ahead I think the lab schedule is really really pathetic because there are 8 hours lab in a day which is really really hectic

Truth of shivaji college

Likes

I think the location should be appreciated in my college as it is very close to metro station
College Crowd is also good and people come from different state here
Facilities are very supportive and good helping

Dislikes

Foot in canteen is so bad and prices are so high
The politics scene of my college is not good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really like business and management so i want to study more about it so thats why i chose this course. BBE prepares you for real life business analysis and many more things. DU takes exams of all colleges at same time.

The 3rd year students are eligibke for internship at niti aayog but for that they need to maintain a decent cgpa Students of all semester are eligible to do vice chancellor internship once in there entire college journey There is a disparity between internship and placement offered to bcom and ba students
