Placement Experience:
There is college placements in here. The students studying in 7th semester are eligible for campus placements. They should also not be having any backlogs. There are various companies that visit our college. Some of them are Infosys, Wipro, L and T, TCS, Anventure etc. On an average around 70% to 80% students get placed who are eligible for placements. I actually plan on joining a IT company for a reasonable salary just for experience purpose. And then pursue higher studies

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements.
Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks.
Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more.
And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA.
The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students
My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

Placement Experience:
College provides 75% to 80% placements through CDC placement group. Some are IT companies, Non-IT companies and others are coaching / internship courses. The placements begins in the beginning of the 7th semester. Many companies will attend for placement hirings. I can't tell all are famous companies but relevant, reliable startups also involve in the recruitment process.

Once training is done which is mostly by the end of the third year, we automatically becomes eligible. Once the industries expert starts visiting the campus and now a days it's mostly online, we get enough opportunities to get placed in companies like Infosys, Coforge and others with a minimum in hand salary of 60-70k a month.

- One of the few VTU colleges that doesn't just have academic excellence but also a great placement record since it's inception in 2007.
Placement Experience:
Like every other college one has to be in the final year to be able to have placements. From Coforge to Goldman Sachs, from national to multinational all kind of companies come her for placements. The year 2023 was a record breaking year as around 85% students wer placed and this is much better percentage than the other colleges that I have mentioned in my review.

The college placements are average. Companies loke TCS, INFOSYS, AARBEE, ENVENTURE, WIPRO, visit the campus for hiring. The average CTC is 2.5LPA AND can go upto 12LPA. the students are eligible for campus from 6th semester.

The students who are in the 7th Sem will be eligible for campus placement the placement training sessions will be conducted for every year students but the actual placement drives all start by the 7th semester. The placement of our college has been increased recently this year almost there was a 90% placement. There were students with more than 5 opportunities also. My plan is to get placed in good company during my degree I hope I may do it. This year the highest package offered was 10 lac per annum by byjus company.

Only finger count companies allowed us to attend interview in first year, but final year students can attend all interviews, the package was around 15k-30k per month, it depends the the company & the position they give, 10% students got selected & joined for the job, my plan is to look after the pharmacy store.

From the 7th semester onwards you can attend campus placements. And many companies will visit and selection will depend on you. Since this year it was online the competition was huge. I think the highest package was 10LPA and the average is 3.5 to 4.5. Many got placed in different companies with different roles.
My plan is to work in an MNC.

Since PESIT and PES University are both on the same campus, will there be any difference in the placement and education in the two? If so, then which will be better?

In terms of placements, there is no difference as such- whether you talk about PESIT or PES, both colleges provide good placements.
The students of both universities get to sit together with each other inside the campus. Jobs depend upon how well you perform with your abilities. The better you put your abilities to use, the higher your chances of getting a job are.

But if we consider education, there is a difference that is to be marked. If I talk about PES, this is a University entirely. On the other hand, PESIT falls under VTU which is the South Campus. Now, faculty-wise, both the colleges share a fine set of faculty that can inspire you in many ways. You can end up learning a lot from them.
