My first year in PESITM

Fees and Financial Aid:

I have come to this college through management seat. My yearly fees is 300000 rupees. For 4 years it sums upto 12 lakhs. All the tution fee, bus fee, lab fees are included in this. We also have various scholarships based on our academic excellence. We also have scholarship for SC and ST. We also have scholarship for minority and defence. The fees varies for students joining through kcet and comedk. They have to pay a yearly fees of 1.5 lakhs rupees.

My college days

The fees i paid is nearly 1lakh per annum it includes bus fees also. I admitted to college through CET i scored 41k rank in PUC hence i paid near 89k to clg including government fee and college fees. If admission through management it can cost upto 5 to 7 lakh per annum as package for whole academics( 4 year of engineering). My friend joined to college through management and she paid 5Lakh oer annum as she joined earlier through management seat. I received 18000 scholarship from government for engineering per year as i applied to vidyasiri scholarship (SSP) and it helped me more to buy laptop and phone. Coming to the PES institute of technology and management college, having a great awesome green campus. Including all engineering, PG like MCA , Mcom, MBA, degree courses like BCA, BBA etc inside the campus. The strength of engineering seats differes like example in CSE branch 120 seats and in ISE branch 60 seats. The branch I joined for is Information science and engineering (ISE) it is a great branch. The HOD of this branch is very disciplined and handles every situation properly and the faculties in this branch are very good and friendly. I suggest this branch to join in this college. The classrooms are very good and clean well-maintained. This branch is located in 4th floor and the lift facility are provided at 2 opposite sides of the degree building. The lab present in the same floor near to classroom. Free WiFi for the project purpose are provided with permission. The library is also verg vast and includes many different kinds of books and also can utilise the wifi facility and systems for work. The campus has many playground and can access to play and can ask ball bat to play also has basketball court cricket court. Many departmental activities are held and can participate in these. Other than department activities, ethnic day and many cultural day activities are held and our ISE dept secured 1 prize in ethnic day compitition last time in arranging.

My Journey at PESITM Shimogga: A 2024 Graduate’s Review

The College infrastructure is great and the environment around is soo soothing. Our College has the best support for all types of co-curricular activities and development. The College fees for KCET students vary from 80 to 90 thousands, for directly admitted students it's vary from 1.2 to 1.5 lakhs. In that, kcet fees for general and Sc/st students is 65,000. The tution fees for general is upto 32,000 to 35,000 but for SC/ST students its upto 500 to 1000. The placement opportunities are good enough for the freshers and beginners.

I pay yearly 35,000 rupees including all college and transportation fees. toatal of all the fees for me is 35000.i got seat in super numerary quota so my college fees is less. my friends who joined through k-cet they pay the fees of rupees 1,12,000.

PESITM is awesome!!

At the price that I am studying at such a next level college is commendable. At 1 lakh a year CSE is probably a far yield. At PES Institute of Technology & Management otnos possible. My classmates who are under reserved category indeed has to pay just 40k a year as state runned scholarships and college quota and scholarships make it muchesser for them.

PESITM Rules!!

Fees is indeed less as 1 lakh and a bit more for CSE is very much reasonable. For SC/ST students they have to pay much less and our college also runs and EWS scholarship where students coming from Economic weaker section of the society doesn't have to pay anything at all.

The PESITM has three admission options and fee varies accordingly. 1. cet quota 2. Management quota 3. Comedk quota 4. Snq quota The cet quota fee is 98984 withiut the hostel fee. The Management quota fee varies according the branch the students opt for. The comedk quota fee also varies according to the branch . The snq quota has the least fee.

The tuition fee is more affordable and and yearly there will be a hike of 1000 rs nearly and the total fee per year is 84000 and there will be a scholarship opportunities to all the State students such as nsp and ssp.
