The course curriculum is old there are no new improvement the only thing that is new is the skill development programs that they introduce after each sem just to keep the students occupied the fees of this extra class i also taken when the fees is paid in the biggining of the year,each sem has 6-9 subjects and 2 -3 lab hence to fit in or even be an average you gota out in the work more than a blue collar worker which we do in the workshops

The placement in RIT are actually pretty decent it is considered to be one of the best in Karnataka. As it is in banglore exposure to other companies is also possible and external placement is also seen

Every year there are changes to the subjects, the chapters according to the current need. You are always updated to the real world ofcourse you have to do study certain things on your own but rest of the things are great. Subjects like building materials should be focused more practically than making sheets. Also certain subjects could be removed and new subjects could be added seeing the advancement today in the field There is enough time given between all the three exams so you don't have to worry much.

There are 2 internals and one sem end exam which is doable. The exams aren't soo hard that one cannot pass. Incase one doe not get eligibility in internals, the teachers will try and push them by giving a few retests, same with sem end exams, one can register for makeup or supplementary.

The placements happends at the end of third year. Various students get placed in good companies and they offer a promising package. Some companies set criteria for students according to CGPA for ex. students above CGPA 8.0 are only eligible for this company.

For placements students from 6th semester without any active backlog becomes eligible. Like last year around 1400 offers were made by more than 100 companies visiting the campus Highest package was around 60lakha and average being 5-8 lakhs again depending upon the branch Out of eligible students 80-90%students get places My plan is to carry on with job

The placement in this college are better than most of the colleges here in Karnataka . After you complete 5th semester the student is made eligible to seat in campus placements . The average in mechanical branch is around 4 lacks and highest is 12 lacks per annum .

Average package of my department in our college is 6lpa. Major hiring companies are Jindal, Burger and Asian paints, etc. Many seniors got internship in IIT madras and IIT bombey. Some of them got offer form aboard also.

In the current ongoing placement the Highest CTC offered is 48LPA making it above average comparing to other colleges. The average package is 6LPA of previous year. The faculty here can also help here in your placement, you can get a LOR from them which will help you in your placement.

After the 5th semester we become eligible for campus placement given that you have no supplementry as close to none companies will make the choice to select you. Alot of companies visit the campus including Amazon, phonepe, jp Morgan and samsung, Mercedes. The placement percentage is almost 100%
