Likes

The college campus is big as expected to roam around in your free time
The faculty is really nice and helpful they're always available when you need them
The studies and class timings are much better than other colleges

Dislikes

We got no freshers party I was expecting it but nevermind
They don't usually do kuch din activities but they pay attention to studies alot
There's nothing more to dislike about this college

Placement Experience:

There's campus placement in our college and students get eligible in 5th semester for campus placements The highest average package is not much as expected but I think it's 2.5 - 3 lakhs which is okay I've decided to go with the campus placement if I got selected in one or else I'll complete my further studies

Holkar science college have the best faculty members, they always teaches the best content.

Dislikes

Classes aren't regular in holkar science college.

I chose bachelor of science in biotechnology, which I think is the best course offered by holkar science college, all the faculty members of biotechnology department are highly educated which helps students to understand things better.

Holkar Science College has Excellent faculties in each and every department they are well qualified and experienced.
World class laboratories with well qualified lab tutors and professors with all the necessary equipments in each department
Autonomous college with well good administration

Dislikes

No scope for innovation,you want be appraised for something new
No proper classrooms, sharing classrooms
Campus activities are very less,no technical course in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum runs according to Dehi Ahilya Vishwa vidyalaya and it's excellent it enhances critical thinking in students currently and the frequency of exam often weakens and gets delayed due to elections as Holkar Science College is a govt college.

The college campus is very big and looks very beautiful
There is best faculty and facilities as well as.

Dislikes

But one thing that i don't like that is exams and results are very late.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I have chosen is BSc in computer science. This course is not as difficult as people say or think, it's a very good course and helpful also for our future life job and life. I think my decision is absolutely right that i choose this course.

Likes

The infrastructure of overall college is outstanding.

Dislikes

Teachers are not available on time busy in performing government duties of election

Placement Experience:

From last year only placements are started from college and as per majority of students placements are quite well and students get into good companies. My plan is to get placed from the college in a good company as a developer.

A True Review of MP's Best Science College

Likes

The thing I most liked in my college is its infrastructure and the social environment as it is very student friendly and the large college campus with well furnished classrooms makes it more attractive
The faculty's knowledge and expertise in their particular subject is too good and faculty's way of teaching and mentoring quality is also lovable
One more thing which is excellent about the college is its placements as Holkar Science college has become NAAC A++ certified its support for career development and interacting with the many companies has risen which overall increase the placements

Dislikes

One most needed thing which has to be improved is regarding the submission of various documents throughout the academic year as it took some much time
In sports activities also the college is too good but the training for the particular individual's game is slightly improvable

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students eligible for campus placements. Average package is around 3.5 LPA and highest package offered is 9 LPA. Almost 40-45% of student get placed. My plans after the degree is to grab a great placement if not then currently I am also preparing for CDS examination.

So many different different labs are available in this college all the facilities are best for everyone.
In this college have best canteen under the college like Indian coffee house and they provide student off in any order
The this college have best connectivity because this is beside the main road and the transport and travel is so easy for up down

Dislikes

I don't like sometime the class timings because they not meet for you want
I don't like the examination time because this college have so many students but examination department take so much time for submission of examination form
I don't like the college entrance is only one in front side and only one in back side so I want to open the gate which are closed from many times

This college will highly active in curriculum activities because they organise so many compititions and activities in working days frequently also all the professors are very helping for many different different curriculum for us

No force from the faculty on the students.
Classes will always held on regular basis.
They run the institution independently. Which I like the most.

Dislikes

They lack in syllabus completion. The syllabus may not be completed on time
Their is scope of enjoyment and senior junior interaction is nil bata sannata.
The paper work process is very slow. If you get into any trouble you have to suffer a lot

It is very easy to understand and helpful. It will help us to pursue master's degree from any institute. It also helps us in giving other competitive exams. Course syllabus are synced and linked. Many topics of the syllabus are very interesting.

Likes

I liked the infrastructure, facilities like library,e-laboratory etc
I liked that the teachers are attentative towards the students related to studies
I liked the exams are conducted properly and on time there is no delayed

Dislikes

The office work of college I don't like it takes lot of time
The priority given to St and sc students is the thing I don't like

Companies come to give placements in college they also conduct exams for the selection of employees but there are not many companies come to college and the companies which are coming are not information technology based as I am a BCA student so I can't choose sales and there are less placements happening and about my plan after BCA is I will look for masters degree by giving cuet exam

Holkar - The Oldest college.

Likes

Infrastructure- college has multiple buildings for each department providing college spacious environment.
Highly qualified teaching faculty: college have 60%+ Ph. D. holders as a teachers and HODs.
Student Clubs : Each department has its own student club which works under their department.

Dislikes

Placement cell : college has no placement cell you need to approach companies and other organization for job.
Library : allover library is quite good but i have issue with working timing. Library open only for 7 hours in a day ( 10am to 5pm).

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose a BS in Cyber Security at this college, The college started this course in the academic year 2023-24, none of the colleses offer this course in the state. NAAC ranked Govenment Holkar Science with an A++ this year, and more then 60% of the teaching staff are Ph.D. holders, they are helpful and best in their profession, i say, so the choice is simple. The curriculum is semester-wise in the majority of courses. So you need to give exam every six months. the coures offers very practical knowledge with the help of field projects and case studies. Exams is not really tough for the students because college grade you with your assignments and other practical things.
