Burdwan Medical College & Hospital Bundwan Faculty

Faculty to students ratio is 20:1. The faculties are well friendly but at the same time some faculties are rude also. They help in doubt clearance. I like Dr. Saikat (anatomy department) because he is very friendly and polite with me & at the same time I don't Dr. Moloy of anatomy department who is very rude and always get frustrated

All of faculties are doctors and specialist of their own feild . They are very approachable and friendly. Each year has 2 semester exams and 1 proff exams in the end. Around 10 students out of 200 fail to clear the exams which can be cleared in supply exams.

Number of lecturers are quite good. All the departments do not provide good quality professors compared to the colleges around the country. For clinical subjects quantity of professors are very good. Average age is about 40-55 years. They are very much experienced and all are holding MD/MS degrees.

Total our yr 200 student. three subject anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, all professor are present in our college some time some pgt student held some class, actually all time all professor not present then pgt manitain that class. most interested sub anatomy.

Everyone of our college faculties is so much skilled. And they are so much devoted in teaching us with all their efforts. There are 19 departments. In every department there is a Head of the Department and some associate professors, assistant professors and demonstrator and lab attendants. Everyone is too much efficient in their fields.

Classes are really good Presentation slides are there to assist teaching processes Teachers are extremely knowledgeable about the topics Good interactive classes Attention is paid to every student in the classes Regular assessment tests being conducted

Each day's there 2 lecture and 1 practical class. provide a complete notes so study become easier to us.there is also part examination system which is good. They also arrange online classes so that a topic become easier to us to learn.the practical classes are too good.there also revision classes too.

Name of the faculty is State Medical Faculty of West Bengal.They are upgrading with time to give more better process.Having few diploma courses.There are few diploma courses in medical technologist.

Faculty of college is very good. All are highly qualified ad and experienced. All levels of professionals are present including teaching staff and nonteaching staff also. Teacher and student relationship are very good.

Faculty of this college are really helpful, they are concerned about their work and students also. They teaches carefully and also guide us for exam purpose. Faculty also help other person who comes in college for medical purpose
