Third, this college was the only one in the eastern zone to have a fully functional trauma center in eastern India during my admission. Fourth, Teaching faculty of this college is very strong. Fifth, Vibrant Campus life. Sixth, year Year long festivities. Seven, wide clinical exposure. Eight, Libraries with huge collection of medical texts and digital library.

My College ranked 11 in 2017 in the India Today ranking of all India Medical colleges. It has trauma care unit and poison information centre the only college to have it in eastern India. Co curricular activities include freshers, 4 day fest- lobelia, convocation, reunion and saraswati puja.

I was selected according to my rank in neet pg 2020, through State quota counseling in westbengal.The college is situated in shyambazar which is a excellent place for communication.The college bis situated close to my hometown also.The faculties and seniors are very helpful
