Admission to the heritage Institute of medical science is through the all India level pre medical exam which is NEET UG and PG. It follows the structure of admission provided by medical council of India.
Admission process of this college is same as provided by medical council of India. They take admission through the national level entrance tests taken by national testing agency that is NEET UG and PG.
The students have to first write an entrance exam which is NEET and then wait for their name to appear in the merit list. The college accept the students for entrance and an online application form has to be filled.
College management is very helpful and most of the time it is the least of your concern as they are not that much involved in you. You would be more consumed by the professors and lecturers in college and exams.
I'm always a proud student of this Institution. There is no negative remark on the functioning of the College. All latest surgical, medical and diagnostic specialities are there in the campus. The College environment totally favours the growth and betterment of students.
In this one-year fellowship course of postgraduate, I gave my application in which my Master of Doctorate scores, the written test result was included along with the other academic documents. Also, I chose this course as it was only 1 year and after my admission, there was final counseling.
Studying in this college was definitely a good decision.At first, the students would feel difficulty in adjusting, especially language problems. Tamil is widely spoken by everyone here. Once they learn the basics and start communicating with patients, they get a hang of everything here.
I selected the Post Graduate Course in Anesthesiology as the specialization degree as I had a keen interest in it after the MBBS. This course had five seats so I was lucky to get shortlisted after my online application at the institutes' portal.
