Selection to undergraduate courses in BKGC is purely based on the candidate's performance in the HS or other equivalent examinations. The minimum qualification required to get an admission is to pass this qualifying examination. However, initially we had to register ourselves through an online application form and later, based on the merit list we were granted admission.

Our college is one of the best institutions in Howrah. Even the fee charged for our courses is a petty amount in relation to the quality of education imparted. For me, the best part of the college is the excursions, which is a proper blend of both fun and learning.

The college is one of the safest college for girls across the state.The college offers best education and does not charge much for all the good and innovative things it is teaching us.The college can improve in placement department but other than that it is good.

The Admission procedure is merit based. You will get admission solely on the basis of your 12th standard marks . the college releases a particular cutoff and then the merit list is released by the college with the names of the selected candidates

The first step of the admission procedure is filling of the application form and submitting the required documents for verification. Your marks decide whether you will get admission or not on the basis of the cut off.

The admission for all the undergraduate courses is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examinations. The admission forms are available online and there is also a separate criteria for masters programme.

There are two modes to apply in this college i.e. online and offline. I've applied for online admission, for this process I've to fill the application form and fill all the necessary information in that and then submit, then the college release their merit list and the students are selected according to the list.

I applied online through college's official website, uploaded all my documents and paid the application fees of Rs. 350. The admission in Bachelor?s degree is based Merit and the student's performance in the qualifying examination.

My admission into this college was a very memorable experience. I mean it was very difficult. The cutoff goes in very high. The first merit list closed at around 94%. I secured 82% so I had to wait for very long. I got admisison in the spot counselling.

I entered this college after visiting the college. I went to college and filled out an application form from the Admissions Counter and submitted it with Document Xerox, that's all. The scholarships are primarily merit-cum-basic scholarship and post-matric scholarship schemes, minorities are CS.
