Likes

Sports is a very active space of our college,while campus is remarkable and beautiful with all facilities
The senior faculty and staff members are really very well throughout their respective subjects .they are well literate and promote good quality education among the students....they give a brief knowledge of the subject
First of all , the placements are pretty decent and roi are really good for the upper branch like computer science, info tech , electronics instrumentation and electronics communication the average package is between the 9 lpa to 11 lpa

Dislikes

There was an annual fest called ayaam but it closed due to a fight between students during the event and now no such events in college.
The placement is decent but it has gone down severely in the recession period.
Many of the faculties are soo much good btw some of them are horrible as they do not support students.and i also dislike the 75% attendance criteria as it is not got for students who want to do other activities.

Mt college

I like the attendance flexibility we get. Although 75% attendance is compulsory but faculties are not that strict, they grant us attendance by doing some assignments.
Faculty here are not very good but decent enough to help us understand the topic.
I like the campus. Though it's very small but it's a lush green campus. We have a small cafe inside the campus and it's very near to the station.

Dislikes

The quality of students here is not very good, due to reservation many students struggle to pass exams.
Cultural fest and events are not very good. They have never invited a celebrity or a public figure for any performance or event.
I don't like the syllabus. It's been a long period of time since the syllabus was upgraded, since then it's the same, they teach very outdated tech.

Placement Experience:

Our college provides campus placement opportunities for every branch. It invites many MNC's to offer placements and internships to its students. Last year's highest package was 32LPA from Electronic and telecommunication branch. Average CS/IT placements are around 8LPA. And 6LPA for other branches.

I like singing , studying about space , and drawing playing instruments

I dont like rattafication in colleges and some teachers in the college are not good and cant teach well

FROM 7TH SEMESTER STUDENT BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENT AND COMPANIES START VISITING IN 7TH SEMESTER ONLY THE MAJOR COMPANIES ARE GOLDMANSACKS MASTERCARD ETC THE HIGHEST PACKAGE OFFEREE BY GOLDSMAN SACKS OF 50 LAKHS AND AVERAGE PACKAGE OF 14 LAKH MY PLANS AFTER GETTING DEGREE IS A GOOD JOB IN GOLDMAN SACKS

Likes

Good atmosphere. Green campus, sports opportunities.

Dislikes

Faculties are not much supportive, and very conservative

Course Curriculum Overview:

I personally like the subjects being taught in economics. It's a booming industry which fascinated me to opt this course. Teaching could have been a bit aligned with the students. Apart from this things are good.

Likes

The faculty's expertise, teaching methods and mentorship quality.
The support and effectiveness for the placement services.
The engagement of students in placement as well knowledge gaining activities.

Dislikes

The infrastructure and the area of college is less as than expected for an engineering college.

The placement activities are so impressive as the student can get updates from the 2 nd year also from the 3 rd year there are the internships which create the mindset for the placement and in the last year , all the students and the support from the college achieve there expected results in the form of college placement.

Quality of education is really good.
Good exam copies checking.
The college is at the prime location of the city

Dislikes

Infrastructure is really very disappointing

Placement Experience:

The placements are fair enough...with an average of 5 lakhs per annum.If I talk about my opinion then it is very much dependent on the branch of a student and then on the basics of your branch.You have to be a good scorer...and a well versed one

The faculty of Shri Govindram seksariya institute of technology and science are highly qualified professional and also helpful for student.
I like the Infrastructure of my College it's very big in Size and there have specific department for so many branches.
There Placements cells of Shri Govindram seksariya institute of technology and science offering student so many jobs and internship programs.

Dislikes

I dislike the Hostel facility of Shri Govindram seksariya institute of technology and science because the size of room is too short.
The crowd of the Hostel student are very large in number High so that they can create indiscipline in the college campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I learned more about the instruments and machines which is used in hospitals and how it's works , they should give us more pratical knowledge for the students so that they can easily understand the working mechanisms of Bio medical Machines and instruments. Shri Govindram Seksariya institute of technology and science conducted 1 main exam in 1 sem . The exams are Quiet difficults for the student .

My College through my lens

Likes

I really liked the faculties and the way they taught us. Few faculties focus on more practical aspects they taught us through case studies, PPTs,
Every year Indore management association took students from MBA batch for their annual conclave as volunteers and provide internship opportunities as well
Taking students for industrial visits. Few faculties were really supportive and motivate us for practical exposure

Dislikes

Not much internship opportunities provided .Attendance issue were there 75%
Placement opportunities were little less for PG students.TPO and team could have been more cooperative and supportive
No guest lecture of an industry expert were provided

Placement Experience:

For MBA students the opportunities was not upto the mark I would say From 3rd semester. Highest package offered was 7lpa for Jaro education .The percentage is 30-40% of student getting selected. To work in a corporate sector

I like the placements which is the very good in terms of highest package lowest package and over all average package for mainly cs and it branches.
I like the faculty experience because the experience faculty can teach students in a very good manner.
I like the affordability of the course because in 4 to 5 lakhs we get the degree from this prestigious college is main thing for students.

Dislikes

I dislike the campus size and campus life because campus size is too small . And there is nothing in the campus life
I also disliked the clubs joining process because the joining process for clubs is not hasaley free it requires a great amount of time
I also dislike the competitive environment of the college because I know competitive environmental is good but there is a very huge amount of competitive environment in college which creates burden in the mind of the student.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement and for computer science and information technology branch it is one of the best college for placement because previous year the highest package for the computer science was about 44 LPA and the average package is about 12 to 14 LPA for the computer science branch. For the remaining branches such as mechanical civil electrical the placements are good but not good as compared to computer science and IT . There are various companies visited such as Goldman Sachs ,Deloitte, and many more and they give very good number of offers for correct number of offer one should preferred to go to official website . For the computer science and information technology branch about 80 to 90% students are placed and for other remaining branches about 60% students are placed and remaining students prefer to continue higher studies and other government jobs . My plan after getting the degree is to placed in MNc with good package.

Sgsits- a decent college for a start of an aspiring engineer

Likes

At Sgsits , I appreciated the excellent academic program.
I liked the vibrant campus Life and supportive faculties.
I also liked the state of the art facilities and opportunities for practical learning and innovation

Dislikes

I had challenges with the infrastructure maintenance and administrative bureaucracy .
I did not liked the limitations in academic offerings and potential issues in campus amenities
In my initial stages I did not liked the behaviour of senior students toward their juniors.

Placement Experience:

If campus placements aren't available, students typically focus on bolstering their employability through avenues such as internships , networking with professionals , actively searching for job openings on online platforms, continuously upgrading their skills through certifications, considering entrepreneurship opportunities, or pursuing further education.

Likes

Liked the campus life as the campus is lushed green and very good infrastructure.
Faculties are highly experienced and many of them have done their masters from IITs
Placements are very good and average package of 20lpa at freshers level is very good

Placement Experience:

After completing 6th semester students are eligible for the placements. Various companies like deutsche bank, mastercard , goldman sachs, nike, genpact, qunatiphi etc that offers an average package of 20lpa. Highest package was of 44 lpa by Microsoft. Around 90% students get placed while others choose for higher studies. After getting a degree I want to serve as software developer engineer. Overall the package is very nice and placement officer is kind and helpful in nature
