JEE Main 2024 Paper 2 Final Answer Key for BArch and BPlanning Released, Results to be Out Soon

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final answer key for JEE Main Paper 2 for BArch and BPlanning. 

NTA will also announce the results for JEE Main paper 2 soon. The JEE Main Paper 1 results have already been released on February 12, 2024. 

The JEE Main Paper 2 results will be published on the official website at nta.ac.in. The Answer Key for Paper 2 can also be found on the official website or in the direct link below.

JEE Main 2024 Paper 2 was held on February 24, 2024, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Out of 74, 002 candidates that registered, 75% (55, 493) of the candidates appeared for the exam. Results for the Paper 2 exams will help those aspiring to join BArch and BPlanning courses across India to know the colleges they can apply to depending on their results. 

Before the results are out officially, the answer key will help you get an idea of the right answers for all the questions and help you roughly estimate your scores.

How to Check JEE Main 2024 Paper 2 Answer Key?

Step 1: Go to the official website at nta.ac.in

Step 2: Click on the link titled “Final Answer Keys for Paper 2 (B.Arch. / B.Planning) of the JEE (Main) - 2024 Session-1” under the Latest section.

Step 3: You will see a list of all the Question IDs with the correction Option IDs in front of them. Compare the correct options with the ones you remember selecting to understand which answers you got right or wrong.

How to Calculate Scores Using the JEE Main Final Answer Key 2024?

To calculate scores using JEE Main 2024 Answer Key candidates need to refer to the marking scheme of the exam. Candidates can use the simple formula mentioned below to calculate their scores. Along with the formula JEE Main Marking Scheme has also been mentioned below.

Total Marks= (4 x Number of Correct Answer) – (1 x Number of Incorrect Answer)

2. JEE Main 2024 total marks are 300 for B.E./B. Tech Paper and 400 each for B. Arch and B. Planning.

Candidates get 4 marks for each correct answer while there is a negative marking of -1 for each wrong answer.

No marks are awarded or deducted for unattempted questions.

Questions marked for review in the JEE Main 2024 Exam will also get 0 marks.
