With the Lok Sabha general elections approaching, the KEA has postponed the KCET 2024 medical exam which was originally scheduled for April 25 and 26, 2024.
New Delhi: The Karnataka Examinations Authority has rescheduled the KCET 2024 medical exam. The KCET 2024 exam was earlier, scheduled to be held on April 25 and 26, 2024.

The Medical examination for the UGCET-2024 Physically Disabled candidates was postponed due to the Lok Sabha General Elections. The revised dates for the KCET Medical examination will be notified on the KEA Website shortly.

The UGCET 2024 was conducted April 18 and 19 in two shifts. Candidates who participated in the UGCET 2024, now have the chance to challenge and raise objections against the UGCET questions until April 27, 2024.
With the examination recording several changes, KEA permitted late registration and fee payment for candidates who missed the initial deadline until April 12. Thus, the exam authority had decided to not issue admit cards for such candidates.

This year, the KCET 2024 registration commenced from January 10. However, the KCET 2024 application form was not available from January 13 to 17. So, the deadline was extended till February 20.
Further, the application window was once again reopened from March 12 to 15 and then again on March 30, 2024. The KCET 2024 exam was initially scheduled to be held on April 20, and 21 but was moved to April 18, 19 due to clash with NDA exams. However, the exam has once again been postponed due to the Lok Sabha elections.
