- Fresh choice filling is mandatory for all candidates, including those admitted in the first round who have opted for upgradation.

- Candidates allotted a seat in the second round must report in person to their allotted medical college for document verification and admission between January 9 and January 13, 2025.
- Admitted candidates from the first and second rounds can submit their willingness for upgradation to the Mop-Up round during this period.
Resignation or Cancellation
- Candidates wishing to resign or cancel their admission from the first or second round can do so online at the college level between January 9 and January 13, 2025, up to 7:00 PM.
