Rajasthan NEET UG 2025 Round 5 Counselling Schedule Out; Apply By December 12 @rajugneet2025.in

The Government of Rajasthan, through the Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board 2025 at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, has released an important notification announcing Round 5 counselling exclusively for BDS seats.

This round has been introduced following the MCC/DGHS directive to conduct an additional round for vacant BDS seats after the completion of the Stray Vacancy Round. The process aims to fill the remaining BDS vacancies across the state and provides one final opportunity for eligible candidates to secure admission.

According to the official schedule, online registration and application form submission began on 11 December 2025, and candidates can deposit the application fee until 12 December 2025, 6:00 pm, with the final submission of the form allowed until 11:55 pm on the same day.

Candidates who had previously registered and completed both Part 1 and Part 2 need not register again, whereas new or incomplete applicants must complete the process. The notification clarifies that candidates who exited with forfeiture of the security amount in Round 2 may register again if eligible, but those who have joined a seat after the Stray Vacancy Round or who were allotted seats in Round 3/Stray Round but did not join cannot participate in Round 5. The Provisional Vacant Seat Matrix will be published on 11 December 2025.

All registered candidates wishing to participate must undergo offline document verification on 14 December 2025, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at the Academic Block of SMS Medical College. During verification, candidates must submit all original documents and a compulsory bond; without this, they will not be allowed to proceed. The counselling board will retain the original documents for this round.

Candidates must also deposit the security amount between 14 and 15 December 2025, which auto-locks at 5:00 pm on 15 December. For BDS courses in private colleges, a security deposit of ₹10,000 is required. Candidates who paid security in earlier rounds but were not allotted any seat do not need to pay again unless their previous security was forfeited.

Choice filling will remain open from 14 to 15 December 2025, auto-locking at 11:45 pm on 15 December. Choices from previous rounds will not be considered, and only fresh choices will be used for Round 5 seat allotment. The Merit List will be released on 15 December 2025, followed by publication of the allotment results on 16 December 2025.

Selected candidates can print their allotment letters from 17 to 19 December 2025 (2:00 pm) and must deposit the one-year tuition fee through NEFT/RTGS only by 4:00 pm on 19 December 2025. Reporting at the college desk with all original documents, bonds, and photocopies is scheduled from 17 to 19 December 2025. Candidates not allotted seats may collect their documents during the same period.

The board warns that any candidate who fails to join after being allotted a Round 5 seat will face a one-year ban from state counselling, along with forfeiture of the security amount and bond enforcement. Regular updates will be available on the official website www.rajugneet2025.com.
