The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu, has announced the Round III online counselling schedule for M.Pharm admissions for the 2024-2025 academic session. Eligible candidates can register and complete the choice-filling process for Round III from November 11 to 13, 2024. Key Guidelines for Candidates

• Confidentiality: Do not share your login ID and password with anyone.
• Eligibility: Only candidates without a seat can participate in this counselling round.
• Counselling Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹500 must be paid online. Candidates who have already paid in previous rounds do not need to pay again.
• Choice Filling: Carefully select and lock your preferences. The Seat Matrix will be available on the official website.
• Online Process: Admission is based on rank and reservation rules. Full procedure details are available in the annexure.
• Absence: Candidates who miss their scheduled counselling can attend if they provide a valid reason. Only available seats at the time of participation will be considered.
• No Changes After Locking: Once preferences are locked, they cannot be changed. Re-allotment requests are not allowed.
• Admission Confirmation: If you are allotted a seat but do not join, you will not be eligible for further counselling rounds.
• Self-Declaration: A self-declaration form is required upon joining the college, confirming that the admission will be forfeited if any misinformation is found.
• Reporting: Report to the allotted college with original documents within the specified time.

Required Documents for Reporting

1. Original B. Pharm Degree or Provisional Certificate.
2. First to Final Year B. Pharm Mark Sheets.
3. Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate.
4. Community Certificate.
5. Nativity Certificate for Tamil Nadu natives.
6. Birth certificate (e.g., H.Sc or S.S.L.C).
7. Eligibility Certificate (for candidates from other universities).

Fee Payment

• For Government Colleges: Pay ₹5000 online for tuition fee confirmation. This fee is non-refundable if the candidate does not join.

Online Counselling Process

1. Login: Use your User ID/email ID/Exam Number and password to log in.
2. Payment: Pay the processing fee to access the choice filling page.
3. Choice Filling: Add, remove, or reorder your preferences for colleges and specialities. Lock your choices when you are done.
4. Choice Locking: After confirming your choices, an OTP will be sent. If you don’t lock your choices on time, the system will do it automatically.
5. Seat Allotment: Seats are allotted based on rank and preference, according to reservation rules.
6. Download Allotment Order: After paying the tuition fee, download your provisional allotment order.
7. Reporting to College: Report to the allotted college with all necessary documents for verification.
