Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2025 Special Stray Round Allotment

The Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Chennai, has released the Tamil Nadu NEET UG Special Stray Vacancy Round Allotment for admission to BDS Degree Courses under Government Quota seats in Self-Financing Dental Colleges for the 2025–2026 academic session. This round is conducted with 7.5% special reservation for Tamil Nadu Government School students.

The Tamil Nadu NEET UG Special Stray Round registration, choice filling, and locking process was held from December 20, 2025 (10:00 AM) to December 23, 2025 (5:00 PM) for eligible candidates within the notified General Rank range. The seat allotment processing was completed on December 24, 2025, and the result was declared on December 25, 2025.

Candidates who are allotted seats must download the provisional allotment order between December 25 and December 31, 2025 (12:00 Noon). Downloading the allotment order is considered as joining the seat, and candidates must report to the allotted dental college by December 31, 2025, 5:00 PM with original certificates for verification.

Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2025 Special Stray Round Allotment Eligibility Criteria

Candidates not holding any MBBS/BDS seat under All India Quota or State Quota.
Candidates allotted BDS in the Additional Stray Round may participate as per rules.
Allotted candidates in Mop-Up/Stray Round are not eligible for further Special Stray rounds.
Based on NEET UG merit, choices filled, reservation rules, and availability of seats.
