TSCHE Releases Dates for TS EAMCET TS ECET TS LAWCET and Other Exams

New Delhi: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has announced the examination dates for TS EAMCET 2024, TS ECET 2024, TS LAWCET 2024, and other examinations scheduled by different universities within the state for the academic year 2024-25. The detailed schedule notification is accessible to candidates through the official TSCHE at tsche.website.

As per the official schedule, TS EAPCET 2024 (Engineering, Agricultural and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) or TS EAMCET 2024 is scheduled from May 9 to May 11 and May 12 to May 13, 2024. TS ECET 2024 is scheduled for May 6, 2024, TS Ed.CET 2024 on May 23, 2024, TS LAWCET 2024 and TS PGLCET 2024 on June 3, 2024.

Subsequently, TS ICET 2024 is scheduled for June 4 and June 5, 2024, TS PGECET 2024 from June 6 to June 8, and TS PECET 2024 from June 10 to June 13, 2024. In addition to this, the council has officially renamed TS EAMCET as “TS EAPCET”.

Different universities will oversee the conduct of specific entrance tests. Osmania University will conduct TS ECET, TS LAWCET, and TS PGLCET. JNTUH will conduct TS EAPCET and TS PGECET. Mahatma Gandhi University will conduct TS Ed.CET, while Kakatiya University will conduct TS ICET. Finally, Satavahana University to conduct TS PECET.

TS EAMCET Renamed to TS EAPCET

On January 25, 2024, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) declared that the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) has now been officially renamed TS EAPCET from the academic year 2024-25. Read the official notice below:

TS EAMCET Renamed TS EAPCET

The name change was proposed by Telangana State Council of Higher Education and is based on the fact that admission to medical colleges is done through NEET whereas the government is conducting the entrance exam for pharmacy programs through the TS EAMCET.

Following the Telangana CET 2024 Exam Dates, the TS EAPCET 2024 is scheduled from May 9 to May 11, 2024. A separate examination is conducted for Agriculture and Pharmacy courses on May 12 and May 13, as conveyed by N. Srinivasa Rao, Secretary of TSCHE.

Telangana CET 2024 Registration Dates to be Out Soon

The Council has not yet disclosed the registration dates. The respective CET conveners will communicate the comprehensive notification, including details such as schedule, eligibility criteria, registration fees, and more. Candidates are advised to refer to the official TSCHE website for additional information.
