Which one should I opt for MNNIT Allahabad B.Tech Civil Engineering or NIT Surathkal B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering

• The Electrical branch is generally considered stronger than Civil (seriously).
• Chemical Engineering from some colleges is excellent, but overall, it's not as competitive.
• You can't switch branches easily; if you have an interest in CS, you can't pursue it simultaneously with Civil.
• With Electrical, you can definitely collaborate with CSE students for internships and placements.

So overall, I recommend going for MNNIT Allahabad!

If you're aiming for the government sector: Opt for Civil at MNNIT Allahabad.
