Remarks

College management really works hard to bring to the students the best they can. They bring good companies for placements and also take care of the needs of the students. They listen to the problems of the students and also act accordingly to resolve any

Entrance Preview

This college is affiliated with IMU. that is Indian maritime University. They conduct their own common entrance test (CET). Students have to pass this entrance to get selected into colleges, one of which is MANET.

Internships Opportunities

Our college does not provide internship but we have a SHIP IN CAMPUS. Here a model of ship has been made and all machineries brought up where students can work and learn the operation and maintenance. This helps a lot when the student actually joins the ship. The companies for placements come for the students of 3rd and 4th year. Various established and large ship ownership and management companies visit the campus and select the students and provide them high packages and experience which is of utmost importance in the starting of one's career.

Placement Experience

4.5

Large ownership and management companies like Wilhemsen ships, v ships, MOL and many more reputed and large companies visit the campus every year at different times to select the students of 3rd and 4th year. A lot of students get selected and are offered high salary packages and training before they join the concerned companies and sail the seas.

Fees and Financial Aid

College offers scholarship to students who are excellent in the academics that is 90 percent in CBSE. Also they offer scholarships to the students who are below poverty line and also 50 percent concession in fee for girl cadets.

Campus Life

4

Campus life is good. The campus is made in a very good location by the banks of mulla mutha river. The campus is green. So lots of fresh air. We have a ground where students can go and play sports. A gymnasium for the fitness freaks. Cultural fests are organised every year for the freshers as well as other students who are interested in participating. Debates and robotics etc. Are held at maritime level that is all maritime colleges take part in it.

Exam Structure

We have 6 theory subjects every semester and 2 practical along with them. The course is divided into semesters. Also mid semester exams are conducted that provide you with the internal marks that are counted with the end semester marks.
