Best University to study in Uttarakhand

High Quality education, high quality infrastructure and very effective management. If there is 2% good in the person the University will detect it and increase it by 200%. That is my own experience in the university

Curriculum is designed focused on the new digital technologies such as big data, image processing, cloud computing etc. For Computer Science special attention is given to basics building data structures. For other braches also there are several branch specific workshops and industrial training. For mechanical tata workshop is there in the campus, for biotech,civil and electronics several industrial courses are available

The highest package of 2019 batch was 40 lpa by adobe. And for 2020, in pre placement drives 4 students grab the package of 29 lpa from cisco. College have special department for overseeing placements which apart from experts from technical fields consist of great analytical and verbal trainers.

The one of the biggest fest of the Uttarakhand "Grafest" is the annual event of the college. From Arjit singh to International star like Sunburn and Don Diablo have performed in the fest. Apart from this various events are performed in which a large number of students get a platform to express their talents.

Fee structure is feasible as compared to the quality education provided and the infrastructure that is available in the campus. In comparison to other universities having similar infrastructure the fee structure is pretty much feasible.

A number of Scholarship program are available.Specially if you are good in studies and are a consistent performer you are elligible for a scholarship as high as 40000 which is a large amount and a great relaxation in fee.

Apart from lots of cultural activities. University organize 2 athletic meet every year. Various interstate and inter-university sports events are also organised in the campus. Various other events for poetry,dance,singing,band battles etc are organised on a very large level.

Campus have 1 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel. Apart from this there are more than 5 hostels that are available outside campus. All the hostels have 24 hour security and warden available there.

University conducts several alumni meets every year. Various sessions and discussion rounds are conducted for the students with the alumni. Alumni network always come forward for referring students for internships and jobs too.

According to the merit list based on the 12th percentage. As I scored 81.4%, and i opted for computer science. I was giving options of selecting branch among Computer Science Engineering, Computer Science & Cloud computing and Computer Science& Big Data Analytics. With new batches few more branches have been added.

Highly qualified faculties with a always helping attitude. They specially encourage innovation and entrepreneurship.There is a reseach wing in every branch with a highly qualified professors working as a Director of research.The chairman himself take classes of Data structure for computer science, Information Technology and Electronics students.
