Positive:- Good campus, great faculty, good location, good infrastructure, best for academic as well as sports and NCC Negative:- Sometimes the office staff can be lazy, no good canteen but has various good food places outside the campus,
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was the same like every college affiliated with Mumbai University. To be honest, sometimes it felt unworthy because of subjects which felt not so useful and extra but overall it was helping and nice. The exam structure is having 25 internal marks which consisted of assignments, 75 marks main semester theory paper and other 50 marks for practical exams per subject.
Placement Experience
College doesn't provides any internship. For placements, you have to search for campus drives which happen here and there because there weren't much companies who'd come personally in our college but anyhow most of our batch got a job through campus placements.
College Events
There are various events organised by various departments and they're all very wonderful and enjoyable. Also, the main college festivals are nice. You can enjoy with your friends, make friends from other departments and also your teachers tend to enjoy these with students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is according to the Mumbai University. It's neither very expensive nor very less. And it's different according to different courses ofcourse. But it is meaningful and it includes an explanation of what's being charged.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship facilities again are according to Mumbai university. But the college does have special scholarships for minority and girl students. Infact girl students need to pay less amount of fees in some courses.
Campus Life
For sports, this college is one of the best in whole mumbai. Many sportsmen and women have graduated from this college. Also, NCC is a major extra curricular activity for which this college is famous and extremely good for.
Hostel Facilities
It's a normal college in mumbai hence there are no hostel facilities for students or anyone. And it doesn't includes big time courses like engineering or architecture or CA, etc but does like Bsc, Bcom, BA, MBA, etc.
Alumni/Alumna
For alumnis, there are sometimes a reunion party is arranged. And also alumnis can attend annual college fests if they have a proper id and proof that they're an alumni of this college. Senior students also are very helpful and they go on announcing and making the juniors aware of the various festivals and functions which are to be held.
Admission
I already had done my junior college from here and for my graduation degree I came again for an IT course for which I had to fill up an online application form and then wait for the merit list to come out which was mostly based on my marks in Mathematics subject in HSC boards.
Faculty
The faculties both teaching and non teaching were good enough to give us proper knowledge. A few although didn't make it upto the mark but I survived those subjects alongs with my batchmates anyhow. The HOD was a woman with good knowledge and she was strict enough and sometimes friendly too.
