College review

Everything is great except the faculty and the administration. Both of them works totally according to the typical government services. Many faculties doesn't want to help there students and see them as there enemies. Administration ignores student and their problems.

The course curriculum here is very flexible for every type of student whether he/she is from english or hindi medium or they are from any other country. Talking about the exam structure here, there are two sessionals of 15 marks each and final exams takes place at the end of the semester containing 50 marks. The remaining 20 marks contains 10 marks of attendance and 10 marks of class performance.

The placements are good. Most of the core companies visit campus and the working environment is also very good. I've done my internship in Honda cars India ltd. And my stipend was 10,000 rupess per month.

Talent show - This cultural event is totally for college sophomores. Autokriti - North India's largest engine overhaul workshop. Around 700 participants visit from North india's different colleges. Techspardha - Technical fest of the college. Confluence - Best cultural event of North India after rendezvous.

Totally feasible. My semester fee is 28,000 rupees and 4000 rupees for hostel and food. Fee relaxation is also given to the students with financially weaker background. Moreover ,fee relaxation is also given on the basis of cast reservation.

Scholarship is given on the basis of cast reservation as well as on merit. First three students with good academics given scholarship after each semester. Student loan is also given to the students with mininal interest rate if anyone wishes to avail.

Sports facilities are up to the level and labs are now in good level from this year as new machines and equipments are brought by the Institute but good machinery need good men to handle but this institute lacks the latter one. Lab staff is very uneducated about the machines.

I'm living in hostel 10 , the largest of all the boys hostel with a capacity of 1200 students. Facilities are very good, toilets are properly washed everyday and badminton and volleyball court are properly maintained within the hostel.

Alumni are very helpful. Mostly of them are connected through linkedin and are very helpful in nature. Alumni before 2000 batch are almost in USA and Germany. But after 2000 batch many are in India and are very helpful in nature.

I got admission in this college through JEE mains exam. It is a 3 hour long paper given by around 13 lakhs student at the end of 12th examination and only 1.5 lakh students are selected. Further these students sit for JEE advanced. I've secured AIR 9546 with 200/360 marks in jee mains. College and branch is selected through josaa counseling.

Faculty doesn't want to teach students here. Most of them don't know about there topics. The faculty is not up to the mark as the students here are much intelligent compare to most of the Indian students.
