Remarks
The college's location is a little remote. You may face problem reaching the college. Otherwise everything is fine. Being located in North East there's always a pleasant weather. Not too hot nor too cold.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was a little outdated but they worked over it and improved it a lot which got implemented last year. The exams are conducted twice a semester. There are 4 exams in total in a year with 2 of them having practicals too.
Placement Experience
A lot of companies visit the college every year and you will have a lot of opportunities. Students from branches like computer science and electronics and communication get placed in more than one company too.
College Events
There are 3 main events organised every year. The cultural fest, technical fest and anuual sports. Other than these different other events are also organised. Like inter branch sports tournaments, dandiya nights, hindi saptah, events by the robotics club of the college, workshops, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
There's no loan facility but you may avail government scholarship. Other than this if your family income is low you will only have to pay partial academics fees or no academic fees. It is according to the MHRD guidelines.
Campus Life
There are a lot of extracurricular activities organised here and due to excellent infrastructure they are all good and worth participating. If you are a sports person there's this sports complex in the college and you will also get the sports equipment from the college.
Alumni/Alumna
College has a strong alumni network. Seniors are helpful and friendly. They are like brothers. In case of any problem just ask them and they will help you with everything. They also encourage to be part of extra-curricular activities that may help build up a good personality.
Admission
I appeared for JEE-Mains in 2017 and cleared the exam. 7 rounds of counseling was conducted by JOSAA. 3 rounds of counseling were also conducted by the CSAB after JOSAA counseling. I got the college and branch through JOSAA. I submitted required documents to regional college which was forwarded to this college which i verified at the time of admission.
Faculty
Faculties are well qualified and knowledgeable. If you are interested in the subject they will help a lot. Though you may face some difficulty understanding everything due to accent otherwise they are good.
