This is one of the best college in indian standards and government has done their best to raise it up. It has one of the best campuses around the world. Only thing it need is to follow ots path to raise its standards in various ways to top class institute so as to improve its world ranking.

Curriculum has recently being changed for better industrial collaboration consisting of industry based topics rather than pure research. There is semester in every 6 months one in may other in november ending along with mid sems in between. Exam is mostly mixed consisting of both mcqs and subjective type.

Yes, nearly 20-30 percent students get internship although stipend is limited to 15-20k in india in some branches. Placement is good with 70-80 percent getting placed in lower and 90 to 100 in good branches with overall average package 15 to 25 l per annum average.

Tech event called techniche and a cultural event called as alcheringa. Alcheringa is considered to be indias number 2 best cultural event with along thousands of participants and volunteer in the college.

Recent iits fee hike in both b tech and m tech have made it difficult for indian students to pay tuition fees hence can be considered as expensie. For dual degree mtech and btech students its 1l per semester tuition fee along with other charges like exam fee, accomodation, mess etc.

SBI scholars loan only for good ranking institute in which iits are included. Here interest is limited to 8-9 which is lower than normal and interest waiver in studying period for low income students. Scholarship mostly consist of government support to students below 1 l per annum income to waive off total tuition fees.

There are many technical and cultural events like techniche ,alcheringa etc along with inter iit sports and technology events. Here we have many clubs like coding, machine learning, robotics, finance, swimming, drama and other technical, sports and cultural clubs.

Every year we have students and alumni interaction where alumni from various branches come to meet to students and give advice related to placement, industry ,startups etc. They mostly share their life experience and hence benefits students.

JEE advanced. Its an online examination and currently one of the toughest examination of all type. In order to sit in this exam exam you need to appear for another examination called as jee mains in which nearly 12 lakhs students sit each year. After you clear this exam you will be among 1 to 2 lakh appearing for JEE advanced and from which nearly 20k to 30k get eligible for seats in B.tech and M.tech (dual degree) of iits.

Well experienced with many foreign university degree holder. Faculty mostly have done their bachelor degree in india and further in foreign universities. They are usually constrained to only lecture halls since one-one interaction is limited although we have good faculty students ratio.
