Good College for placements

I am not satisfied by the faculty of our College. They should be changed and some experienced teachers should come to teach us and transportation facilities are also hectic. Rest is good. Food is good. Fests and events are also awesome.

Course Curriculum is a bit outdated. Some subjects are still using the course structure of about 5 10 years old. Computer syllabus is also not updated. Subjects like Software Engineering are being taught from a 10 year old book.

Placement system of my college is quite good. Students get placed in reputed foreign and domestic companies with some handsome packages. Our College also provides paid internship of 1 year. and it turns out to be quite good as it has proved to be converting into higher packages so far.

1. Omnithon - Tech based hackathon with 3 rounds. 2. Montage - Basic fun activities based CCA event. 3. Grafest - one of the biggest fest in the Indian subcontinent. 4. Zerone - Fun activity based event.

It is quite feasible when it comes to comparing it with other reputed College worldwide and in my country also. But for local people it is quite expensive College. Most of the people can't afford the fees and have to take loan.

At the time of admission, scholarship is provided on the basis of your marks in 12th standard. If you in your 1st Sem of your course are able to score more than your score in 12 standard, you are eligible for a good discount in fees of 2nd Semester.

These activites have started since the past few months in our college. Not quite good though but still something better than nothing. Labs are average, Sports accessories and grounds are average, activites are somewhat good.

Seniors are very helpful and alumni are always interested in the interaction session and question answer seminars. This gives us some experience and confidence about what is going on in our field and what would happen till the time we pass out.

I visited the College once. I liked it. Then went to the admission cell and got to know that TC, CC Marksheet and Medical Certificate need to be submitted. So I gathered these documents and submitted them to the College. I submitted the fees then. Admission complete.

Honestly faculty of my college are not good. They are like old times studied people who are not updated with new things and are still teaching shit. Some are exceptions. I talk to them about new tech and things that go on in the tech world.
