College Review

Yeah.the College should invest more on supporting extra curricular activities like sport's, and also should provide opportunities for students to show there hidden talent, also the College should spend time on extra curricular activities

There are various subjects in Course, including some of which I personally feel are for torturing students'. Students should have eligibility to choose there subjects. Like there are various Programming Language in every semester, where I personally feel the course is very wide.

Good, every now and then there comes companies to take away students. Students are asked to have certain GPA to get into the placement drives, there comes various rounds,technical, interviews,aptitudes.

There are various events occur in our college organized by various clubs of the College, but the main evemts are SPHURTI, the sports events and the annual tech and cultural fest Youthopia,while they bring a lot of chaos to the students'but college doesn't orgainse it on maintained basis,just 3days each.

Expensive,the fees is quite expensive,one have to pay above a lakh per semester only for core branches,only for Hostel fees, there are no services that DIT provides students, on there own, just some minimal seminars,which doesn't bring interest vine to students.

You have to get 9.0 or more GPA for scholarships ,or some good marks in exams like JEE to get scholarships in 1st year, of Engineering. Otherwise one have to pay complete fees, although it provides 26percentile off on total tuition fee for state quota , limited seats.

There are no playgrounds at all, only some miniature type basketball courts are there, and a small badminton type courts and all of these things are in boys n.Evem after that much of versatile fees DIT doesn't have extra curricular activities.

There's a Alumni port available on the University page, one have to fill his all details to join it, there are all the faculties and alumni of DIT. This is known as Alma meet,it tells all of the members about upcoming events.

On the basis of aggregate 12th marks percentage. If you had 5 or 6 subjects, the percentage would be counted on the basis of PCME i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,English. One have to attend recruitment drives on respective dates.

The faculty are nice overall,but sometimes I feel they are over obleged under the College authority, there are some teachers who just act very rudely to the children and doesn't provide any kind of help.
