The positive thing about college is you get to enjoy a lot. The academics in all and all is fine. Rge negative thing is you get the worst food and small campus. Class environment is good. Placement is average

Mine is the four year long course which consists of eight semester, each year consisting of two semesters. In first year every branch students have to study the same thing i.e mechanics, physics, maths, basic electrical and electronic, chemistry, English and humanities. Maths is upto 4th semester. In 2nd year you study subjects related to your branch. I have studied machine 1 and 2. Signals and system, network synthesis and analysis, semiconductor devices, electromagnetic theory, maths 1, 2, 3 and 4, digital electronics, analog electronics, control system, power system 1, electrical measurement and instrumentation, communication systems till now. Each semester you have to give two exams, one is mid semester of 20 marks and one is end semester of 70 marks and class test or assignment of 10 marks based on what your professor prefers.

Placement in non core sector is good. Almost everyone gets a decent job in CSE and electronics as well as students who are in core but study on their own for non core. Getting a job in core sector is something you have to work very hard for. Your CGPA should be more than 8. You must have done a good project. You should have great technical knowledge related to all your subjects. Salary is also low in core as compared to non core, although they get their increment fast. So basically core branch students have to perish.

There are many events. First of all there are clubs such as IEEE, ASME, CISE etc which keeps conducting technical events often. Then every year, there is a huge 7 day techno - cultural fest in January called Corona and Melange , which has a series of technical, cultural and fun events. The fest ends with EDM and DJ night. Also, there is an annual sports fest, Intramural. Diwali celebration in our college is in the form of a two days fest called Eccentrica. It is an inter departmental fest. The freshers welcome is organized every year in the month of September.

The fee structure is based on the annual income of the family. If your annual income is above 5LPA then you have to pay 66100 per semester fee and 15000 per semester as mess fee and 6000 per semester as hostel fee. And if your annual income is less than that it becomes much lesser, as the income decreases the fee decreases exponentially.

Scholarship is given only to OBC and SC/ST students. Education loan for fee payment is given by banks to the families having a specific salary limit. I don't have much knowledge about that. Abavghkkcchj

There are many labs. Especially in core branches you have to attend at least two labs every semester. In electrical there is basic electrical lab, machine lab, microprocessor lab, measurement lab, control lab erc. In electronic there is basic electronic, digital, analog, VLSI etc. There is a physics lab, many chemistry labs etc. Coming to sports, in outdoor games you can play football, cricket, basketball and volleyball. In indoor we have well constructed badminton court, squash court, table tennis court etc. Here we also have boys and girls gym. In other extra curriculum you can join various clubs like dance club, music club, art and literature club and also technical clubs like IEEE, ASME, SAE, CISE, ISIE etc ASME, SAE and ISIE works 9n major projects that are then competed with other colleges.

I can tell about the girls hostel. Rooms in first year are lavish yoh get a huge roim with balcony. If you are lucky enough you get to see the Ganga view from your balcony. In first year you have to live 4 girls in a room which is justified as per the room size. In each room there are two almirah. You also get an attached washroom with your room. But after the first year is over your life changes. Rooms become much smaller. Most of the rooms don't have almirahs. You have to use common washroom. You have to share that room with 2 more girls which is not at all justified based on the size of the room.

Seniors are very cooperative and very helpful. They will give you books, notes and will guide you in every aspect. There is an alumni meet every year organised by sankalp which is also a social service club of our college

First you have to give JEE Mains. Then based on the marks you have to do a one month long counciling process. Then if you get NIT Patna, you have to report here along with required documents, and once you are enrolled you get your Id card.

Electrical branch faculties, most of them are disgusting. Other branches have better faculties. Electronics and CSE have the best faculty. Their branch's all faculties are sincere, punctual, complete their syllabus on time. Whereas electrical branch most faculties don't even come to classes most of the days. And those who do either they don't teach good or do very very strict checking of the answer sheets.
