In every semester, students have appear to for Class test, Assignment, quizzes, End Semester Examination (Theory/Practical/Seminar/Project/Viva-Voce etc.) as per schedule displayed on students notice boards.For any queries about examinations, students may enquire in Office of the Controller of Examinations of the institute.

Coming to the most important factor. Placements- for the CS branch is pretty good here. Infosys, Wipro, Cognizance, TCS, Adobe, Amazon, etc- are just a few of the companies DIT students have gotten placed into. Highest package for CS branch this year was 25LPA, bagged by two students, by Amazon. And that's just the CS branch. I don't know much about other branches but it is available in the college website.Companies come for Internship here.

I won't say the fees is less. The fees is approx 15 lakhs for four years.But yes if you want to pursue your studies from a private college then every good college demands the same Other colleges of dehradun also ask for the same fees.

If you are from Uttarakhand then you get scholarship. And if you have scored above 90 percent then also you get scholarship. And if you do good in your semester exams then also you get scholarship. So,yes there are many chances of getting a scholarship.

There are lab classes regularly since from the beginning of first year.There are many cultural clubs of colleges which organize events regularly.Badminton courts are available in the hostel area which can be used by day-scholars also.

The hostel infrastructure is very good. I must say very good. You get each and every facility that you expect from a good college There are badminton courts and table tennis and carroms also. You can play cricket also.There is a grass garden also.The environment is pretty good.

Alumni network and Senior student's are more helpful because they know everything about college and they have experience for their previous years so they helps more new students. Most of the time they help students for their admission time.

The admission into DIT University will be done on the basis of national level & state level examinations. Admission in UG & PG courses will be done through JEE Main/GATE/ CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT, etc. Admission to all the courses will be based on counseling conducted by the University

The faculty here is very good, if not the best. I found a very few no. of 'not par' teachers but they were average too. Most of the faculty are well qualified with good experience in their field. As the university is private, everything is simply in your own hands. If you seek the opportunities at the right time, you can achieve a lot.
