There is a division based on language . This is really creating a big problem. Whenever they talk about any issue, the first thing they see is the languages.this is really a negative thing.

Iam studying electrical and electronics engineering .The exam structure is descriptive.The paper is tough compared to normal engineering colleges.They are enough to give us a courage to study better than before.

Placements in our college were excellent . But we are allowed to sit in placements only if our cgpa is more than 6.5 . Our college students recieve interns in 3rd year and they are getting placer after completing intern.

NIT calicut is best known for its events.there are many events in our college. South indians largest fests take place in our college . People from different places visit our colleges for participating in events. I do participated in many events happened in our college.

Fee structure is not the same for every student. It is based on their parents annual income . So we can say that everyone will be able to pay their fee due to their parents capacity. But it feels expensive for few people who have pink ration card but with very few property.

There is a scholarship called ffe . It is very helpful to people who got it. But very few people get that scholarship. There are also loan facilities to home state students for their fee and buying lapotops.

Sports is an important activity in our college. It is a compulsory course in our college. There is a huge ground to play. Labs are very good . We have every thing to do our experiments. And extracurricular activities like NCC and NSS are available.

I have opter for hostel. The hostel infrastructure is excellent. We are provided with 24 hours electricity and drinking water. The hostels are peaceful with security guards guarding every time. But there is a problem with snakes due to the rains and trees everywhere.

So if we talk about seniors the first thing is that first years face ragging. But it helps them to get interacted with them . So later on times they are the ones who help them in any issue. So they are helpful.

Jee mains exam was conducted all over india. After completing 12th standard we were allowed to write this exam and merit list based on marks was considered for the entrance of NITs all over india. We will be alloted a seat in desired branch based on our rank

Faculty is very experienced and well qualified .They have a very good dedication levels. They never let their students to indulge in any illegal activities.They always support good qualities. They can make the best engineers for the country
