Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is according to uttarakhand technical university and exam structure is according to college schedule with two mid semester exams and end semester exam. Other than this regular presentations, group discussions, projects help us in making us better professional.

Placement Experience

Placement of our college is good. many good reputed companies like Byjus, TCS, Rubico, Amazon etc comes in the college for recruitment.

College Events

Our college organize the annual cultural festival, " Anugoonj", annual sports festival, "Sportech", Annual technical fest," Technomax", Halloween party, garba night, dj nights, kai po che, international day celebration are few events which our college celebrates.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our College fees for first year b.tech. is around 1 lakh which includes examination fees, admission fees, tuition fees etc and hostel fees is 60,000 for one year. Fees is around 94,000 for rest of the three years including all the academic fees like examination etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, i have not opted for any educational loan and i just have got one meritorious scholarship based on my jee marks.

Campus Life

Campus life of RIT is amazing as our college have lush green beautiful campus, gender ratio is roughly 6:10 for girls and boys repectively. Extra curricular activities like sports, robotics competitions etc all around the year makes RIT more wonderful.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network and senior students are very helpful. we mostly meet them in hostel and in dfferent college committees.

Admission

I directly came for college visit in RIT with all my documents and certificates after my board exams. I had to then go through one interview round. My 12th std marks and interview marks made me eligible for the admission and this whole process i did in the month of june.

Faculty

Faculties in the college are very helpful and dedicated towards their goals and they take every step and pain to teach us in more innovative ways. they help us in studies, project work and aware us about different internship programs that takes place in different parts of the country.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

aspects of curricullum that influenced my desicion to take admission: technical based courses are available. a well defined infrastructure. seperate buildings to involve in different regions of technology. available technical courses with updated and advanced syllabus with great faculty and seminars of different active clubs like google and microoft club. Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
