College is situated in the hills and is among the top beautiful college in the india . But the teacher did not encourage for improvement they only want marks in the examination.
Entrance Preview
One should just clear the JEE examination and after that the online counsellig of utu will held. You'll have to register for it by submitting details ,fee and filled choice of collegesAfter that one will get the college according to the merit .One should report with all the documents required (mentioned on the college's website) and then after submitting the semesters fee you will get entered to the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Gbpec is an autonomous college under uttrakhand government . it has following majors in btech :- computer science & engg. mechanical engg. electronocs electrical civil biotechnology has also mca ,mtech and phd.The course and curriculum is according to utu and have good faculty.
Internships Opportunities
The internship is offered by teqip.Students should get their internship individually . College did not offer any kind of internship help.Students have to go through basically online internship platform.
Placement Experience
The companies came this semester is tcs in which 21 students from cse branch . Previously tcs,honda,adobe like major companies came and took our students for various packages ranging from 3 lpa to 8 lpa.
College Events
Spandan is the technical event which is celebrated every year for the better practical developments of the students. Goonj is the grand celebration for cultural events .
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very low comparing to private colleges .Aprroximately 40000 per sem is mentioned. which may vary per sem to semester.The mess fees is 10000 and hostel fees is 2130 approx.

Many scholarship are offered by the uttrakhand government but their is no loan facility by the college the students should get it on their own.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is good hostel parties are good fine. many cultural socities are working actively in the college . Also the braach to brach different socities are organozing events regularly.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are gopd in condition with 24 hours electricity and water in basins but the direct water supply comes only for 4 hours a day . Sometimes it make the problem in bathing and extra non curriculum activities .
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni meets happen last year and i cannot say for the future.Seniors are cooperative .but everyone should depend on oneself . no body can make your future.
Exam Structure
Proper classtests and practicals happen regularly.ths admin department handle all the exams and the answer sheets are checked at time.
