Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well structured.The entire 8 semester curriculum is available in internet.The books which you can refer to get a deep understanding in the subject is also listed in the curriculum.In a semester there is two exams (Mid Sem and End Sem) plus assignments , projects and seminars.
Placement Experience
One of the best institute in India in providing placements for its students.There are a lot of companies visiting this year and its improving year by year.The institute is providing lot of internships.The students both inside and outside NITC can apply for it.You can also assist any projects if they approve
College Events
There are many events happening in National Institute of Technology Calicut.Two of the main events are Tathva and Ragam.Tathva is technical festival of the campus and Ragam is the cultural festival of the campus.

There are many scholarships in the college provided by government and non government agencies.Some are E-Grants for Below Poverty Line , Scholarships for Other Backward Category Muslims.etc.I got a Samsung star Scholar scholarship which was very helpful for me to complete my studies
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities have a perfect balance with the academics.The sports,arts,music, literature etc is supported by the authorities.There is special clubs and funds for encouraging these activities.

Yes.They are very helpful.Alumnis come every year to the campus to revisit and also to assist the students in building their career.There is a alumni affairs council to take care of this activities in the campus
Admission
There was an engineering entrance exam called Joint Engineering Entrance Exam. Ranklist will be published according to your marks scored.I got 99 percentile.So i am able to opt for Colleges like National Institute of Technology.Since i am from Calicut i opt for National Institute of Technology Calicut.
Faculty
The faculities of this institute are very good.They know the subjects very well and encourage the students to do projects to make them into a proper engineer.The faculities are very cooperative and also strict.
