Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum contains all details from basics to higher level regarding course. You will get to know about each and every detail of the course. There are 2 mid send and end sem exams in a semester. The 2 mid sems both are of 15 marks and end sem is of 50 marks.
Placement Experience
The institute has an average placement of Rs 6 lakh per annum. The package depends upon your branch and how much u studied in those 4 years. The placement scenario here is good. Yes, the institute also provides internships. Some of my seniors got a good stipend of more than Rs 30000.
College Events
1 Utkarsh: it is a cultural fest conducted by the Anamika society of institute funded by mhrd. 2 Confluence: it is referred to as the second-largest cultural fest in north India. It is conducted by students of different clubs who get funds via sponsors. 3 Tech Spardha: it is a technical fest of the institute.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure varies from person to person. It depends upon the income of the student's family. For a family income of more than 5 lakh, the tuition fee is between Rs 72000 to Rs 76000. There is a 100% fee waiver for sc/st students and 2/3rd waiver on fees for general and obc students having family income between 1-5 lakh.
Fees and Financial Aid
OP Jindal Engineering and management scholarship shortlist the top three departmental rankers of each course. Then after ppt and interviews, it provides scholarships to those students. Institute also provides loan facilities. It provides student loans to be paid by students themselves after completion of their studies
Campus Life
In the institute, various clubs and societies are present of which a student can become part. These are related to dance, dramatics, management, singing, painting, etc. There are sports like badminton, kabaddi, volleyball, basketball, yoga, and other types of games too present in the institute.
Alumni/Alumna
When I first got here, I thought of ragging by seniors and other things related to it. But when I met with seniors I came to know that they are chill and helpful in all ways. There is no ragging by seniors in the institute.
Admission
From 11th I started preparing for JEE from Allen career institute. After the 12th I registered for JEE Main. I got a rank in JEE main but unfortunately could not qualify for JEE advanced. Therefore via mains rank, I got to this college.
Faculty
In the first and second sem, you will get assistant professors for theory lectures and Ph.D. scholars for tutorials. Some of them do not have much knowledge about the subject but the rest are good. From the 3rd sem onwards u will get professors having deep knowledge about the course and are equally chill as well.
