Located in a remote area. Few problems with transportation at the time of vacations. Other problems are negligible. Infrastructure is very good and proper labs are made for the enhancement of practical knowledge of students.
Course Curriculum Overview
B.Tech. is the course which is completed in 8 Semesters or 4 Yrs. Every Semester there are Mid-Sem, End Sem, internal & external practicals. Assignments are to be submitted by the time and internal class tests are also organized to check the condition of the students.
Placement Experience
In the past 2-3 years companies started to organize on-campus placement drives and this is increasing year by year. So in the coming years, there will be a good number of companies at the campus placement.
College Events
There is one ANNUAL TECHNOCULTURAL FEST organized in April Every year. The fest is of 3days in which all the technical events are organized in the daytime and all types of Star Night, DJ night, etc are organized in the nighttime.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Quite feasible. The tuition fee is 30000 per semester and other fees are approx 7000 (including 2500 refundable) per semester. It includes 2500 - Security Fees 3600- Examination Fee 1000-PDP Fee Total fee is 37100 (without hostel).
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college is a govt college so there is no such loan facility availed by College. The loan facility is to be availed by the students yourself. College only provides scholarships to the reserved categories (OBC, SC&ST) and students must be residents of Uttrakhand only.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities like SPIC MCAY programs are organized from time to time. In sports, the Annual sports fest is organized every year. There are cricket leagues organized every 4-5 months. Other sports are also available.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, there is an alumni day organized every year in which different alumni from different firms, companies, colleges take participate and try to share all their experiences and Do's and Don't. Alumni interaction is very good.
Admission
The marks we get in JEE MAINS. According to that a merit list is prepared on the basis of your choices and marks in JEE MAINS(Only for those who applied for Uttrakhand state counseling) will get the seat allotment letter and if anyone doesn't allot a seat according to their choice then they can apply for 2nd and 3rd round.
Faculty
Faculty members are quite helpful and feel free to ask anything from them. The faculty is almost permanent (mostly M.TECH.). Teachers always try to help and guide student in any manner possible. Overall faculty is good.
