Remarks
There is no malls and rewound hotels bars and restaurants nearby. But there are very good dhabas and huts were local foods and recipes are served. We have to travel very long distance to just buy some our daily stuffs.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is well managed and many of our faculty members are PhD holders from renowned colleges.In our college there are faculty from TEQIP also. There one one sessional exam and one external semester exam,with internal and external practical exam and internal/external viva.
Placement Experience
Yes from our college there are some companies who provide placement. Our college provides internship for free also. My experience in this college was really great. Placement is not a issue in our college as student from our college gets different PSUs from GATE examination.
College Events
Escalade was the mega inter-collegiate cultural fest of THDC-IHET, initiated in 2013, till 2015. Escalade promises fun, entertainment, gaming, singing, dancing, and many more. The highlights of the mega event of THDC-IHET are: Zephyr - Intercollegiate Cultural Competition Cresendo - The War of Bands Akriti - The Art Fest Fascino - The Fashion Event Celeb Night LAN Gaming Inferno - The DJ Night CIESZYC is the mega inter-collegiate techno-cultural fest at THDC-IHET, initiated in 2018.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Very cheep college with 4-5 lakh of total fees in graduation. This is one of the chepest college i have seen in my life. One should take admission in this college without taking loan as it is not so costly when it is paid semester wise.
Fees and Financial Aid
Some of the students who fall in the respective category such as ST,SC and more only those will get scholarship from central or state government. There is no special scholarship for any student intercollege but if you clear GATE exams then he/she will be rewarded with some reward amount.
Campus Life
There various kind of equipments and machine are there and we have good worshops and laboratory. Our library is also very huge and have all kind of academic as well as additional books of different authors.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are very helpfull and caring. They are ready to organise any event in avery short interval of time. Seniors are of great gentle behaviour. We have huge mutual understanding between our seniors.
Admission
Firstly i filled the form on U.T.U website. And after few days they send me cutoff list. In 2nd counselling i got my allotment letter with my alloted college i.e THDC IHET. In allotment letter it was clearly mentioned that i have 3 days to confirm my seat and take admission so i reached the college destination on 2nd day. There were several teachers sitting in front when i entered the admin block. And finally i showed them my allotment letter, and filled the form given by them. And lastly i paid my admission fees and confirmed my admission in B.tech (mechanical engineering).
Faculty
Most of the faculty in our college are really very good and excellent. Many of our faculty are from IIT and NITs so they are having very great and upto the point knowledge about their respective subjects.
