Remarks
Our college have only 2 branches. CSE and ECE. So there lack of students compared to other Colleges. But there is no unwanted restrictions on students rights and Independence. The staff and faculty really support us.
Course Curriculum Overview
Courses and curriculum are good. I am unsatisfied with the lab facility. Because they are offering free WiFi at college. But only our one device can Access it and also needed to fill the form to get that. And it is slow
Placement Experience
Our college is managed my IHRD. So we an attend placements on other collges which are managed by IHRD. They provide Internships after the completion of 2 semesters. And we can also do internship out side our college. They will help us to choose best internship courses.
College Events
In one academic year we celebrate religious festivals such as Onam, Christmas, Eid and academic festivals that includes Arts, Techfest, cultural fest, Sports. And also conduct some other festivals based on IEEE, NSS, IEDC etc. The arts fest, sports fest, and religious celebrations are only for students within the College. And they are small events. But the techfest and other celebrations organised by students organization are included students which are from other colleges.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible. And they also notify us about the scholarships. So we can apply it for fee reductions. For merit fee structure is 36000 per one year. And we need to pay seperate exam fee, faculty fee and Bus fee and hostel fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes. Good scholarships and loan facilities are offered by our college. One of best scholarships is TFW, which is only got to top 2 merit list students based on entrance ranking, they need not pay tuition fee of 3600. And some other scholarships like E - grants, and cast and community scholarships are available.
Campus Life
The lab facility is good. But I am unsatisfied with it. The workshops are conducted by the college students organizations are best and helpful to improve our skills. And college provide enough sports facilities, we have a large grounds. Volleyball court, badminton court. And we have best football and cricket team. There is no political parties inside the college.
Hostel Facilities
I am an Hostler. The rooms are not satsfiable. But we have freedom to do what we like. There is no time restrictions for closing time. No ragging in hostels. And these are about boy's hostel. Girl's hostel is clean and near to the college. Boys hostel is far from College but they provide College bus transportation for us.
Alumni/Alumna
There is no issues with senior students. They are interact as friendly and also help to improve our sports skills and academics. The College completions are not based on batch wise. The staffs are more care about new students and their issues.
Admission
First I completed my plus two and appeared Kerala engineering entrance examination. And I qualified it with rank 14000+. And I applied for some engineering colleges in Kerala including College Of Engineering Kottarakkara and I got admission on the merit list. And also I got TFW scholarship.
Faculty
Faculty are best. They can understand our capabilities and teach us well based on it. They cover all portions before the final examination. Also help us to understand and clear our doubts about the particular sections. And they also provide external training such as some software framework tools.
