Btech engineering four year course with eight semester.each semester is 6 month duration with 8 papers.exam is conducted in each semester with a total cgpa of 10.mostly exam centre is college itsself.lab exam conducted with the pressens of an external faculty

Alumni/Alumna
The VKCET Alumni Association was formed in 2014, with a view to keep the silken threads of the attachments between the old students and their Alma mater.The chapters of VKCET Alumni Association are functioning in many parts of the INDIA. Annual meetings are conducted every year to renew their friendships, experience the transformed campus environment with nostalgic memories and interact with the younger generation of VKCET
Admission
The kerala universities conduct state- wise entrance exams for the candidates who have passed 10+2 examination with aggregate 65 percentile. After the declaration of results, a counseling session is conducted for the candidates to choose the colleges according to their ranks in entrance examinations. The verification of documents takes place for the admission process and to check the fair conduct of student’s declarations. After the above process, a prescribed fee is deposited to confirm the admission from the students
Faculty
The minimum qualification required to obtain a post as a lecturer or assistant proffesor is M.tech with a minimum score of Sixty percentile.Nowadays with demand being short candidaes who have qualified NET( National eligibility test) over the minimum requirements are given higher preference.
