The college makes a good name in between the private colleges in town. But the location is not easily accessible. Transportation is quit uncomfortable. The college is a bit back when coming to fund raising.

The college is under KTU. The universities study scheme is more based on theories rather than practicals. There is an year back system which will come in th 50th and 7th semesters. The minimum credits needed are 26 and 52 for 5th and 7th semester respectively. Credits are allotted for each papers. (it may be 3 or 4). 6 subjects in each semester. Total 8 semesters.

There is a placement cell in the college. Placement comes in the final year. Where students with minimum criteria of the companies are made to write an eligibility exam and then later aptitude tests and interviews are conducted.

Most of the events comes in the even semester. It includes sports day. Arts day, tech fest, merit day, and workshops and exhibitions are conducted by different departments of the college. All the events are conducted grandly.

It is quit feasible. For merit students it is about 50000. And for management seat it is around 85000. This was for our batch. There are many scholarships for students with high marks in 12th and also for the top 3 ranks in the class. Also there is scholarships for minority community students.

Best scholarships you can get is by applying with your 12th marks. 25000 rs will be given as scholarship. This can be continued in the next 3 years by applying with your latest semester results. For that you should not fail for any subjects.

In mechanical department there are around 150 boys and only 3 girls. There are workshops conducted by various departments on different topics. There are labs in every semesters where you have to submit Practical Records. Sports day is conducted in the even semester where their is competion inter department.

They are very helpful They still give us advise and motivation to cheer us up. And to bring up new ideas and initiatives. They are still in touch with every juniors and the teachers. There is only one alumni batch who where under KTU university.

I got an admission in management seat. It's for students who cannot achieve higher ranks in the entrance exam. There was recommendation for me. Merit seats are for students who achieve ranks less than 20000

Faculties are experienced and good. Mechanical department has around 15 teaching and around 10 non teaching staffs. The head of Mechanical department(HOD) Is professor Abdul Raseek. The non teaching staffs are well experienced ones.
