Entrance Preview
AIEEE, 27 marks i got in that exam, the nearest college from my home. I was interested in networking from start. Actually at the start of year i choose IT branch but then i Switched to ECE because programming is not for me.
Course Curriculum Overview
A lot of study you have to do even if you don't want to do. I am an ECE student so i don't know how good is to work in pc and make program. You have lot of scope in ECE branch because you can even apply for software jobs as well as PSU jobs.
Internships Opportunities
6 weeks in Bharti Airtel in Networking Department but there was no stipend. And also work in AIRTEL data center but they never let me touch anything. You know security reasons. But is was a good experience in industry
Placement Experience
Only BPO and some technical compane. Actually the studets placed but they didn't placed. More than 60% placed but most of them placed in bpo and no one wants to join bpo aftrr doing btech. Last year over 40 studnet from EEE branch were placed in Technical. Companies like jabong, A2Z,Edge telecom and others have visited there.
College Events
Sandhaan is the biggest one. Some local sponsors and it's technical. You'll love it. College festival list are sandhaan, Spandhan, fresher party, collage, KDMM and many more. Some fest are completed in more than 3 days. It's good to organize and participate in that. You get full attandance for organising the event and that's the best thing.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Hostels are actually buileded new so it look good from outside and inside. The mess food is horrible, the fees of hostel is 40k per year. I don't know much about the hostel because i was the local person of haldwani but my told me all about this. There is both boys and girls hostel in the campus in saparate building.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yeah. you'll get loan from almost every bank for Btech. And some scholarships for minority. SBI, PNB gives the education loan. Most of the students study on loan.
Campus Life
Campus life was under rules and regulations, don't expect too much, you can participate in sporst as well and you'll get certificate for that as well. Most of girls want to join CS branch. According to their year book, currently 2500 students are in btech department.
Alumni/Alumna
Not much information about this because the alumni program just started last year. I haven't seen many seniors for this program, just a few.
Faculty
You have to study yourself becuase faculty is not well experience to teach you. They just teach what they learned last night. I am reviewing this very honestly. I think i shouldn't let the secret out. Just kidding. Choose the branch where your interest go
