Best ND safe place

Positive remarks I think everything is positive we don't have any problem Infact there is policy regarding ragging. As I think ragging it's about tends to zero but also they have provided. Deans are very strict about rules ND regulations. so nothing negative

According to my branch(IIT guwahati is only provide this branch as far as I know) it's reaserch based. As present m in 1st yr ND all branch student have to study same so can't explain much about my branch bt as talked to senior this is cool branch. we have our labs properly ND exams. Each lab have marks. All labs are so cool as instructor are always there to help.

As I am in 1st year so can't say much but placement are so good As of this year placement were done good. Internship is also being done infact it's from 1st year also. For 1st year as I participated that's why I know stipend varies from company to company. But it's about 5000-2000 for 1st yearites.

There are many events ND fest from technical to cultural. Techniche(technical fest) is so good there are many participation in this. Alcheringa(cultural fest) is very big fest. It's largest fest ND various colleges participate in this. Many people come from outside. Also we have inter IIT competition. Inter hostel competition (technical culture as well as sports)

About fee structure that not a great deal. Offourse fee structure is good. its according to how you are. IIT guwahati provide scholarship on fee as per ur family according to fee they are providing much better things

As per family income they provide scholarship on fee. If ur family income is below 1lakh then all tution fee is not taken. If it's between 1 to 5 lakh 2/3is left. Nd banks are available in Campus they provide loan on easy way.

We have sports room in all hostel. also there is individual places provided for individual game. All necessary tools are available. We get very good platform for playing. also there are many clubs including technical club to cultural club.

Hostel are very good. This is only IIT which provides single room from 1st year itself. however till now no single rooms for girl but they are planning for it. We have lan connection in rooms wifi connection inside whole campus.

Seniors are very cooperative. They always stands for us. Any doubt problem are frecuntly shared with them. They always conduct meeting regarding what we should know. They(club members)conduct workshops which really help us. About alumni they are also good

I gave jee main 1st the qualify for her advanced ND after getting good rank I got admission in IIT guwahati. During addmission it was wonderful experience from choosing college, branch. During addmission in IIT guwahati it was smooth process. No problem face except finding place as it's very big ND places are far apart. But this campus is so beautiful so u don't bother for moving far apart.

All faculty are so good cooperative. Their knowledge level what to say. They are awesome. They teach with their full potential. They provide notes, tell about preference books. They are always ready for any doubts.
