Education plus CA.

The college management was not strong some of the programmes conducted at college were not mandated to be attended.

I opted for CA simultaneously, thats why preferred B.Com (Hons) over other courses, as it has similar subjects and graduation was required if i could not make it to clear exams of CA, after which i have pursued Post graduation course.

The course curriculum had subjects similar to those for CA course, but the level of examination was not as that of CA level. The course did not contain practical training as such, so its required to be part of curriculum.

The college didnot conducted any internship programme for its students. The programme was not conducted by the college and efforts were not made for placement of students after he/she is a graduate. Since, i couldnt pursue post graduation course in the college, so not sure of if any internship programme was conducted.

Our college did not offered placements and job opportunities instead ICAI conducted Campus placement programme following companies participated, Genpact around 4.00 lakhs p.a, ICICI- Around 6.00 Lakhs p.a, GE- Around 8.00 Lakhs p.a.

Technical functions were carried by college at section level and at course level cultural afunctions were held at college level and also management functions at college level.

The fee structure was moderate and feasible the fee was very normal for the course and it was as follows for the year, B.Com(Hons.), 1st year- Rs.6,000, 2 .2nd year - Rs. 6,000/- , 3rd year- Rs. 6,000.

No the loan facility was not available with the college none of my colleagues in the college known to me, availed any facility of loan and scholarship provided by the college.

The campus life is good as far as all colleges are in same campus since my college was away from campus, the life wasnt that good in terms of food available, entertainment facilities available around college, and shopping areas and party lounges. All such facilities are available in north Campus where most of the colleges are located nearby.

The hostel and mess facility was not available in the college since, the facility was not available in the college, the details like facility available, quality standards and payment charges required to be paid colud not be deteremined.

The collge experience was fail the senior students were cooperative in terms of sharing knowledge about faculty, about experience with respect to college, about books required for pursuing the course.

The labs hold examination as per the roll number alloted to the student and the examination were held as per given schedule and roll number.

The faculty for law & acounts subject was good, and for other subjects were average as they do not cover the whole syllabus practically the standard of college was average with respect to practical training and extra curricular activities.
