Remarks
Mess food and clemliness of hostel is a great concern and shoul be taken care of. Mediacal facilities are rather poor. Indoor gaming is absent from the hostels. Locality is absent and travelling to city is poor.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure os based on the UTU syllabus. We generally have lectures before lunch and labs after lunch. The exams criteria is good as we have 5 units per subject and every unit carry 20 marks in exams.
Placement Experience
Placement oppurtunities are mostly foe the computer science branch. Foe mechanical engineering very less or almost no placements are there from college. From thia year college started providing internships.
College Events
JOSH - the sports fest Goonj - the technical fest The events are good and vast. a huge participation is done from students side. Goonj is the best cultural and technical fest in the college; you can’t get bored during the fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is good and less expensive. The fee is deposited half yearly and can be done from the draft of a bank or upo method or the internet banking. Late fee is charged for not deposition of dee on time.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship to every top 6 students is provided evevery year. Beside TFW scholarship is provided and single parent scholarships arw also there. Relief in the college trip is made if thereason is genuine.
Campus Life
Extra curricular is from the side of students only Cultural and tech events regularly happen in the auditorium Gender ratios are not bad as per engineering college. In mechanical the ratio is not good.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infra. Is not good. It requires to be worked rooms are mess and very less concern about animals like monkeys and dogs is there in hostels. Mess food is something mess. Otside rentals are not allowed as per the mew rule.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes the seniors are helpful in every way possible. In case of studies or any guidance or if requirement of study material is there the seniors are helpful in guidance. The alumni is also supporting.
Admission
After the jee advance results are out. the councelling began. Thourough the UTU website i submitted my form an details and waited for the councelling. I got EE in first councelling and then got it chenged to ME in the spot round.
Faculty
Faculty of the branch is good and co operating. Syllabus sometimes becomes a problem. Lab members are good. Faculty generally are Phd. holders and knowledgeable. Late coming to class os a concern but it is checked by faculties at last.
