College is very good but hostels are not that good.
Course Curriculum Overview
My college conducts two internal exams and one external exam. On the basis of that result, our final cgpa is calculated. Our college also organizes many workshops for better learning of new technologies. Many competitions are also organized by the cultural and executive body of our college for encouraging students.
Placement Experience
The placement of my college is not that good. But yes it's not that bad also. Many companies for COMPUTERS and Information technology have arrived in our college. Yes, I have done my internship at DEhourADUN in machine learning with python.
College Events
The cultural and executive body of our college organizes two fests. One is the technical fest which is of the national level known as the COLOSEUM and the other is the cultural fest known as the ACCOLADE. These two fests are one of the most amazing parts of the college. Many nights like dance nights artists nights and comedy nights are arranged during these fests.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The structure of my fees is feasible. My college is a government college and the fees are very feasible. It is about 50000 per semester which includes the food bills also. Our food bill is about 20000 and the rest is our tuition fees. The mode of payment is online mode.
Fees and Financial Aid
No. I haven't opted for any scholarship or education loan. My fees are paid by my parents and no scholarship is provided to me.
Campus Life
The gender ratio is not very healthy. The girl: boy is 1:3. We have good labs and a very good stadium for sports activities. Many competitions like robotics website development etc. are held from time to time. Students of every religion are there in our college. Our university also offers a student exchange program.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I opted for a hostel. I have given a room for sharing. Two girls share a single room. I have given a bed, a table, a chair, and a cupboard. My hostel contains a mess where food is served to us. There are approximately 400 girl students in my hostel. My university contains 23 hostels in total.
Alumni/Alumna
I have got some of the best seniors. They are more like mentors. They always help in every field. Even after their graduation, they are still in touch with me. They help me with various topics like placements and study material.
Admission
I gave an all-India exam known as JEE mains and by that ranking and Uttarakhand counseling, I got admission to this college. It is one of the best institutes in Uttrakhand. My college is a part of one of the best universities in Asia. My university name is Govind bhallav pant university of agriculture and technology.
Faculty
My department has approximately 15 professors. All of them are Ph.D. Holders and have very vast knowledge in our field. They help us learn about new technologies and many more things by teaching us practically. Every professor is brilliant in his/ her subject and is always ready to help us in any possible way.
